The Property

Le Petit Palais is an unbelievable property, a luxury ski in/ski out chalet in Courchevel 1850 on the Bellecôte piste for 14 guests. With 6 floors and 1,600m² of space, the chalet has an incredible amount of space which are full to the brim with wonderful facilities, including an elegant spa with swimming pool, a beauty salon, and even a nightclub!

The top level of Le Petit Palais' 6 floors is centred around its living spaces, with towering ceilings, sleek wooden interiors, and stylish designer furnishings. In an open-plan space around a central column, you will find two lounge areas, one of which acts as a TV snug, a glass-fronted fireplace, and a grand dining table with a show kitchen. There's a mezzanine library for quiet moments of escape above the TV lounge. Two large balconies lead off from the dining and main lounge areas, where pretty views across the glamorous resort, of the surrounding mountains, and overlooking the Bellecôte piste can be enjoyed.

Heading from the top of the chalet to the very bottom level, Le Petit Palais hosts a lavish private spa to rival any in resort. Decorated with a striking black and white design, you will find a sumptuous lounge for relaxation between treatments in the many fantastic facilities available down here. From a colossal swimming pool and sizeable Jacuzzi to the rejuvenating properties of a Hammam and sauna, the spa is a delight. There is a well-equipped fitness room for gym fanataics, with both a massage room and a beauty salon for anyone requiring personalised treatments.

Entertainment at Le Petit Palais is easily taken care of, owing to a wonderful selection of unique facilities. The standout feature is the chalet's private nightclub, complete with dancefloor, DJ decks, with drinks being concocted at the bar or chosen from the wine cave. Grab a drink and head across the dancefloor to the poker table and you can live out all your Casino Royale fantasies. If watching movies instead of living them out is more your style, the chalet also features a plush cinema room.

There are seven opulent, individually stylish double bedrooms in Le Petit Palais, sleeping up to 14 guests. The Master suite is incredible, occupying an entire floor of the chalet, with a luxurious lounge, private balcony, dressing rooms and elegant Master bathroom. The other 5 bedrooms are all stellar offerings, with different styles to each, from graceful Alpine suites to bold, contemporary designs. Four of the bedrooms enjoy an en-suite shower room, with the Master room and a second suite benefitting from additional freestanding bathtubs.

Naturally, the chalet has its own ski room, a large, comfortable lounge with storage and boot warmers, which opens out directly onto the piste that you ski in and out of. For ease of access between the chalet's impressive 6 floors, an internal elevator is on hand. There is a large garage with space for up to 7 cars and laundry facilities.

For larger groups of up to 28 guests, Le Petit Palais connects through an underground passage to the luxurious Chalet Le Petit Château.

Prices are based on exclusive occupancy of the chalet for up to 14 guests with full staff services including a private chef, butler, housekeepers and in-resort shuttle service. Food and drinks are charged in addition.
