The Property
Combined with Lech's incredible skiing and glamorous restaurant and social scene, the Brunnenhof Residence is the ideal base for an unforgettable stay in Lech. Brunnenhof 3 sleeps six guests across three stylish bedrooms and is located on the first floor.
The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is a fantastic space in which to relax and entertain. The style is contemporary with sleek and sophisticated furnishings. The living area seats up to six on a comfortable sofa and armchair arrangement. There is an elegant dining space for up to 8 people and with the large electric fireplace the ambience is set for an exquisite dinner. This dining area is overlooked by a well-equipped kitchen.
The Brunnenhof Residence has luxurious shared facilities including an indoor swimming pool, spa, Hammam and sauna which guests can use at their leisure.
The master bedroom in Brunnenhof 3 is a glorious, spacious room, which has a lovely en-suite bathroom with separate shower. There are a further two generous double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, that are similarly designed to facilitate relaxation and restoration.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 6 guests on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
The apartment is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
Accommodation only rates without housekeeping or mid-week towel change are also available, please enquire.
Location
The apartment is ideally located only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village and a 6-minute walk from the nearest lift, that will whisk you up and onto the slopes. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.

Available for a self catered luxury ski holiday, you can expect daily housekeeping services to keep the luxury property in spotless condition all week. The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
When staying at this luxury property on a Bed & Breakfast basis, you will be treated to a daily continental breakfast, laid out by your chalet hosts each morning. Fresh bread and pastries from a local bakery, alongside a fine assortment of regional products, including meats and cheeses, while tea, coffee and juices will also be provided, ready to fuel you for your long ski day ahead.
Should you desire, this property is also available on an accommodation only basis. Perfect for groups who want total privacy and freedom on their ski holiday, you will be left to your own devices without the services of staff, although you can still expect your luxury chalet/apartment to be well set up ready for your arrival.
