We understand the monumental effort and organisation that goes into finding that ‘perfect’ chalet to suit your family, so who better to help you through the process?<\/p>\n

A Lech and St Anton\u00a0family ski holiday offers endless amounts of fun; with such a huge ski area you really are spoilt for choice. However, I understand that often, if the chalet isn’t right, then the resort is overlooked. Plus, when it comes to the children, the chalet undeniably has to tick more boxes for the one simple reason: to make your ski holiday as easy as possible.<\/p>\n

Therefore, when deciding on the best luxury child-friendly chalets for your Arlberg family ski holidays, there are a number of factors that I have taken into consideration. These are; a play\/games room and\/or cinema room, at least one spa facility and to have a driver service so that you don’t have to break your back carrying the kids and their kit to the ski lifts or ski bus each day!<\/p>\n

Let me run you through my picks of the best Lech and St Anton family ski chalets……<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Chalet Maria Schnee, St Anton (Nasserein)<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n

\"Luxury<\/a><\/p>\n

Chalet Maria Schnee<\/a> is a luxury chalet situated in Nasserein, St Anton. It has to make the list for a couple of reasons, the main one being it’s location. Nasserein is at the core for beginners and families, due to the extensive beginners area situated at the bottom of the slope, which also lends itself nicely for sledging.<\/p>\n

Not only is this luxury chalet in an ideal location, it has an astonishing 40 sqm play-room on the first floor which also converts into a high-tech cinema room – giving the best of both worlds.<\/p>\n

\"luxury<\/a><\/p>\n

Chalet Maria Schnee does come with an in-resort driver service even though the telecabine in Nasserein is only a short walk away.\u00a0In addition, there is a separate dining table in the kitchen, allowing for flexibility in early dinner service for the children, if requested. An added bonus that this chalet offers, is two days of complimentary ski instruction, a chance for the kids to get some personal 1-to-1 instruction from the experts.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Chalet Narnia, St Anton<\/a><\/h2>\n

Chalet Narnia,<\/a>\u00a0named after the famous children’s fairy-tale ‘The Chronicles of Narnia’, is undoubtedly going to be one of my top child-friendly luxury chalets for a family ski holiday. Not only that but the names of the rooms are named after mystical creatures – a child’s dream. The chalet\u00a0really does live up to it’s name by being amongst snow laden pine trees, bringing a sense of storybook magic to you stay. With the depths of the forest on one side of the chalet, the centre of\u00a0<\/span>St Anton<\/a>\u00a0is only a\u00a010 minute walk in the other direction.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"luxury<\/a><\/p>\n

Chalet Narnia has many personal touches that are aimed at children and all the required features to meet my criteria: a cinema room, a driver service and a great hot tub that the family can enjoy together. In addition, the chalet has a secure garden area for privacy and so the neighbours can’t take a sneaky peak at the impeccable snowman building skills of course! All the rooms have a flat screen TV giving you the choice to watch television in the morning from the comfort of your bed with a cup of tea or coffee. The mountain views and the complimentary bar are sure to create a stress free week away with the children.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Crux Penthouse, St Christoph<\/a><\/h2>\n

Situated in St Christoph, Crux Penthouse<\/a> offers an idyllic setting away from the hustle and bustle of adjacent resorts. St Christoph<\/a> is well equipped for children and families with an easy blue slope to get back to the resort as well as a children’s ski area at the bottom.<\/p>\n

\"luxury<\/a><\/p>\n

Due to it being the penthouse apartment, the views are spectacular especially with the floor to ceiling windows exposing the mountainous views across the Verwall valley. The space it provides is substantial to that of a free-standing chalet, offering plenty of space to socialise and entertain.<\/p>\n

\"bunk<\/a><\/p>\n

It offers multiple family friendly features including an in-resort driver service, cinema room and spa facilities. The bunk room is vast and made attractive to children for its cosy home from home feel. It also offers two days complimentary ski instruction or guiding, so for your first family ski holiday to the Arlberg, this can take the stress away from not knowing the ski region.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Chalet Laurus, Lech<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n

Another great chalet for your family ski holiday – and this chalet will keep the children amused for hours – is Chalet Laurus in Lech.<\/a>\u00a0Chalet Laurus is in a divine location, just two minutes away from the chair-lift to access the ski slopes of Lech, and only a 5 minute walk to the village. However, for ease the driver service is on hand to drop you off and pick you up as you wish.<\/p>\n

This chalet has an internal spa including a sauna, Jacuzzi and relaxation area. However the best feature is the\u00a0children’s\u00a0indoor play area adjoining onto the bunk room. This set up allows the ultimate space to leave the children happily playing in a separate room and to give you a bit of peace and quiet – perfect!<\/p>\n

\"luxury<\/a><\/p>\n

Chalet Laurus is perfect for families to come and enjoy the facilities and quality of service. Understanding the requirements of bringing children on a skiing holiday isn’t easy and they have successfully mastered the balance to meet the needs of all ages.<\/p>\n

Arula Chalets, Lech<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n

The last chalet on the Lech family ski chalet list is the stunning\u00a0Arula Chalets<\/a> in Lech<\/a>. In an amazing ski-in, ski-out location on the Schlosskopf slope the chalets have incredible views over the resort of Lech. You are just a 10 minute walk from the centre of the village or just a couple of minutes using the driving service. This chalet raises the bar in Lech and it has top facilities to entertain the children.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

You will be able to keep the whole family entertained with its extensive games room with a vast selection of games including darts, shuffleboard, poker table, chess and a pool table. Furthermore, you can retreat to the cinema room which has a Smart TV with access to all channels including Netflix. If that’s not enough to hold the children’s attention, there is a choice of two indoor swimming pools, a large outdoor Jacuzzi and a sauna. And for the ‘adults’, you can grab a drink from the chalet’s very own bar and unwind in the outside Jacuzzi whilst taking in the mountain views. This chalet just\u00a0oozes ultimate luxury.<\/p>\n

Saving the special feature until last because it is without a doubt the creme de la creme feature and at the pinnacle of every child’s dreams. In the centre of the Arula Chalets is an ice rink which even has a penguin skating aid to give them (or you) that extra helping hand.<\/p>\n
