Private Jet Charter<\/strong><\/p>\n

The close proximity of the European resorts to the UK means that VIP private aircraft are a time and cost effective travel solution foryour luxury chalet break, with flight times from London to the likes of Chambery and Geneva being as short as 1 hour 10 minutes each way.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For small parties and for those on a budget, light jets and turboprops such as the Cessna Citation series and Beech King Air B200 are the perfect solutions, typically carrying up to 8 passengers. Moving up to super-light jet, the Cessna Citation Excel series carries up to 9 passengers in a stand-up cabin along with skis\/snowboards and provides one of the best combinations of cost vs passenger seats vs speed. For 10 or more passengers mid-size aircraft are required, with one of the most popular being the ultra-modern 13-seat Embraer Legacy 600\/650.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In terms of the cost, every quotation will depend upon departure point, destination, number of passengers, dates and times. However to give you an example of the costs involved a weekend return flight from London to Chambery would start from approximately \u00a31,400 (no VAT) per person or for a week-return, costs would start from \u00a32,100 (no VAT) per person.<\/p>\n

\"aircraft<\/a><\/p>\n

Heli-Transfers<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whilst your private jet will whisk you to the closest airport to your chalet in comfort and luxury, there is still the question of getting to the chalet itself. Therefore, the perfect complement to private jet travel is a heli-transfer to and from your resort. It takes at least an hour and a half to drive from Chambery Airport to Courchevel 1850, whereas a heli-transfer would take a little over 20 minutes. When you step off of your private jet you will find your helicopter waiting, and can be on your way to your chalet in as little as 5 minutes after landing at the airport.<\/p>\n

\"Jet&Helicopter_Chambery\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Execflyer are able to offer heli-transfers to any of the European ski resorts in single and twin-engine executive helicopters. As with aircraft charter, the price depends on a number of factors but to give you an example of the costs involved, a one-way flight from Chambery to Courchevel 1850 would start from approximately \u20ac 500 Euros per passenger.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Empty Legs<\/strong><\/p>\n

When an aircraft is chartered for a one-way flight it will have one or two positioning sectors where it is empty, and therefore we offer these empty legs to our client at a fraction of the charter price for an equivalent one-way flight. The downside is that empty leg flights have to correspond with the positioning requirements for the aircraft and are therefore limited to a specific date\/time band and route. The route can however be amended as desiredwithin a reasonable distance so long as the aircraft is still travelling in the same general direction; for example, an Edinburgh-Cannes empty leg could be used for a London-Geneva flight, and a Geneva-USA flight could land in the UK as the route passes over the country anyway.<\/p>\n

\"Challenger<\/a><\/p>\n

If you are flexible on your travel dates, or perhaps would like to sample the luxury and convenience of private jet travel, there are some amazing empty leg deals to be had from the UK to all European ski destinations and vice versa over the winter period.<\/p>\n
