The Property
Chalet Ecureuil is a fantastic 195m² property offering an enviable ski in ski out location in Alpe d'Huez, a modern and welcoming style and your own private spa facilities too. With five comfortable en-suite bedrooms, this chalet can sleep up to 10 guests and would be perfect for a couple of small families or friends.
Chalet Ecureuil is built in traditional alpine stone with timber features. The walls are clad in timber and exposed beams are found on the ceilings throughout. The main living area offers warmth and comfort, with a large fireplace sitting next to the lounge area. To the other side of the room is a casual dining area with banquette seating and ample space for your whole group. The kitchen completes this impressive area and gives you the freedom of cooking any meal you fancy each evening. A lovely breakfast bar partners this space and encourages conversation. The main balcony is accessible off the living area and looks directly over the pistes, so any non-skiers can watch as you make your way home. The incredible snowy mountain views ahead will also keep you entertained.
However, for an extra touch of luxury, on the ground floor of Chalet Ecureuil there is a private spa area. This features a gorgeous indoor hot tub for you to soak in and also a sauna. Both facilities are ideal for guests to relax any sore muscles after a long day on the pistes.
The five cosy bedrooms within Chalet Ecureuil are spread across the three floors of the property. Each bedroom is elevated by simple, elegant designs to enhance your stay. Two double bedrooms boast a balcony and en-suite to support your comfort. This glamorous property also consists of two twin bedrooms that also benefit from balconies and en-suites. The children's bedroom, which can sleep 2 kids, finishes the bedrooms off. Overall, the range of bedrooms makes Chalet Ecureuil perfectly suited for families and different groups.
For convenience, guests will be provided with a ski room with boot warmers, as well as three parkingspaces, for anyone who is driving to their luxury ski holiday in Alpe d'Huez.
For large group holidays, Chalet Ecureuil sits in a hamlet of 5 ski in/ski out chalets connected by an underground garage, including Chalet Bouquetin and Chalet Loup. Additionally, there is Chalet La Chapelle and Chalet Le Manoir, which can also be taken on a contactless catered basis.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.

Location
Chalet Ecureuil is a luxury ski in/ski out chalet in Alpe d'Huez, sitting at the apex of two pistes at the top of the resort.
The lifts and nursery slopes are both right outside the chalet, making Chalet Loup the perfect choice even if you’ve never skied before. The Clarines and Rifnel green pistes are right on the chalet's doorstep, allowing you to ski down to the Marmottes gondola and chairlift. More nursery slopes and the DMC gondola are a 2-minute walk away, which takes you further up the resort and to a wider variety of slopes.
The town centre is a pleasant 10-minute walk away, where you’ll find a lively resort, with plenty of great bars, restaurants and shopping, plus an outdoor ice rink and swimming pool.
