The Property
No 3 Penthouse is a large and comfortable apartment in a great central location. It offers quality accommodation high above the centre of Avoriaz.
This apartment is on the 9th and top floor of the best located building in Avoriaz, with lift access to transport you to and from the piste. The suite is entirely independent, with its own living and dining area and a dedicated chalet host.
The owners of No 3 Penthouse have tried to include a nod to 1960s Avoriaz glamour in the décor whilst remembering that you still want a warm classic alpine home after a hard day on the hill. There are fabulous views to the horizon from the top floor and immediate lift access to waft you to and from the piste and bustling resort centre far below. The suite is entirely independent with open plan living/dining area and contemporary fireplace, surround sound TV, DVD, WiFi, plus flat screen TV's in the bedrooms and a dedicated chalet host.
As you would expect, the experience comes complete with surround sound TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and in each bedroom is a flat screen TV. The two en suite rooms can be made up as Twin or Double beds.
No 3 Penthouse offers 4 en suite bedrooms including a Family Suite on the Lower Floor. The Family Suite has Double and Twin rooms which share a bathroom. The chalet is perfect for groups and families of 8 to 10.
Prices are per person and are based on 2 adults sharing a room. The price includes full chalet catering, return London Stansted flights and shared resort transfers. Discounts will apply for children 2-12yrs.

Ideally located in the very centre of Avoriaz, right next to the piste and overlooking the ski school meeting point, Tourist Office, Aquariaz indoor pool complex, drag lifts and ice rink.
