The Property

Located in the quiet area of Les Bois, Chalet Black Stone spreads across 326m² representing the ideal alpine place for a family or group of friends to spend their luxury summer holiday in Chamonix. Organised over two floors, this property can sleep up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and was designed by leading architects, with the use of luxury furnishings and modern wooden exteriors.

Upon entering, you will immediately notice the soft combination between luxury features and modern furnishings, throughout all the interiors of the property. Sleek sharp lines, crisp white interiors and a feel of an alpine home will leave you speechless. Vaulted beamed ceilings will welcome you in the spacious open-plan living area, where large windows offer a stunning sneak-peak over the surrounding forest and peaks. Here, comfortable sofas and a modern fireplace offer the ideal place to socialise in at the end of an intensive day of hiking in Chamonix. On the opposite side, a fully-equipped modern kitchen has an industrial influence with bold black metal window frames and sleek slate worktops, while a bar area ties the space together. From here, guests will have access to the glass fronted mezzanine level.

Whilst Chalet Black Stone provides an elegant dining room with large rectangular table for 10, you may prefer to dine alfresco to appreciate the fine alpine weather and surroundings. Step outside the glass patio doors and head towards the large terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and appreciate your meals with the stunning scenery of the Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi as a backdrop. Alternatively, enjoy a proper summer BBQ in the private garden of the chalet with the whole group.

After a busy day of summer activities in Chamonix, you will be looking forward to coming back to the relaxing and entertaining facilities of Chalet Black Stone. Relax in style in the wellness area of the property and soothe any achy muscles in either the heated indoor resistance pool or the nearby sauna. If you would rather enjoy the good summer weather, immerse yourself in the outdoor hot tub and take in the beautiful mountain landscape. Here, there is plenty of space for the children to play in the nature while you relax with a good glass of bubbly.

For those evenings in, unwind in the spacious cinema room whilst watching your favourite film with your group. For those looking for quieter moments, the mezzanine is ideal to escape to with a book or catch up on work emails.

Chalet Black Stone features five en-suite double bedrooms, split among the ground and first floor. They recall the modern alpine style of the property, representing a truly serene heaven where to rest in comfort. For additional convenience, all the bedrooms can also be arranged as twins, ideal for a family or mixed group of friends looking to spend their summer in Chamonix.

Self-driving guests will be able to make use of the chalet's covered parking suitable for three cars, and easily accessible through an underground tunnel. For ease of access, Chalet Black Stone also has lift access across its floors. The property also provides laundry facilities and a bike storage area.

For larger groups, Chalet Black Stone can be booked in conjunction with the opposite Chalet Black Squirrel, which can each sleep up to 10 guests. When taken together, the two properties can accommodate 22 guests in total, among 10 bedrooms. Please get in touch if this is required for your booking.
