The Property

In the heart of Courchevel 1850, the Six Senses 3BR are a wonderful collection of three-bedroom luxury apartments, providing the perfect space for a luxury family ski holiday. Sleeping 4-6 adults, these modern alpine apartments come with luxurious living spaces and the use of all the facilities of the Six Senses Courchevel, which include a heavenly spa with swimming pool.

Drawing inspiration from the surrounding mountain environment, the apartments of Six Senses 3BR feature a sharp, trendy design, where exposed interiors of natural timber and alps-inspired artwork blend with stylish furnishings for a contemporary luxury home befitting the luxury resort of Courchevel 1850. The three-bedroom apartments range in size from an intimate 78m² to the spacious 151m², with each one featuring an open-plan living space with a cosy lounge, dining space and fully-equipped fitted kitchen. Full of meticulous attention to detail, the apartments offer a central tablet system to control the lights, heating and music system, and host a range of elegant fixtures and furnishings designed for additional comfort and ease. Balconies offer guests the chance to enjoy the fresh mountain air, with either the serene snow-covered courtyard or the stunning mountain vistas as your view.

The majority of the residences of Six Senses 3BR are perfectly set up for family groups of 4 adults and 2 children, with two double bedrooms and one bunk room. A few additional residences include a twin or double room in place of this bunk room, being able to accommodate up to 6 adults. The bedrooms are warm, inviting and fashionably styled, with each one benefitting from private bath or shower facilities and some enjoying additional balcony spaces. Some of the double rooms may alternately be taken as a twin room instead, with advance notice, subject to availability.

Any guests staying at the Six Senses 3BR will have access to the facilities of Six Senses Courchevel. The highlight of these facilities is the wondrous spa area, complete with an elegant spa room with an indoor swimming pool and loungers. There is also an outdoor hot tub, saunas, a steam room and gym, while guests can be treated to a number of bespoke wellness and beauty therapies in the treatment rooms. Six Senses Courchevel also includes its own restaurant, specialising in sushi and Japanese cuisine, the Sumosan Restaurant & Bar.

For all guests of Six Senses 3BR, a private ski lodge with ski concierge service is located at La Croisette. Additional conveniences include garage parking and safes in all the bedrooms.

Prices are based on exclusive use of a 3-bedroom Family Apartment and includes daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping, use of the Six Senses Courchevel spa & facilities, €400 spa credit (on 7-night minimum stays) and an in-resort shuttle service.

Location

Six Senses 3BR are a collection of three-bedroom residences within Six Senses Courchevel. Located off the Rue des Tovets in the heart of Courchevel 1850, Six Senses Courchevel is perfect for skiers and non-skiers alike.

The Six Senses Courchevel residences are within a five-minute walk or two minute shuttle ride from their private ski lodge situated at La Croisette. La Croisette is the main snow front of Courchevel 1850, where you will find the ski school meeting points and main lifts at which to start your day.

The residences are also well situated to explore the village and wide selection of boutique shops, bars and restaurants, with several being right in the building's doorstep.

At Six Senses Courchevel, enjoy the freedom of your own apartment with the luxury facilities and services of a hotel, including a delicious continental breakfast to start off each day, daily housekeeping to keep your apartment in spotless condition, and a shuttle service for Courchevel 1850, on-hand to take you anywhere you want to go in resort between the hours of 8:30am and 9:30pm.

Sumosan Restaurant-Bar

The Sumosan Restaurant-Bar in Six Senses Courchevel offers guests a welcome change from the traditional French food, fondue and raclette found in the mountains of Courchevel 1850, with a fabulous selection of sushi dishes and contemporary Japanese cuisine. Guests will be able to access the restaurant/bar from 7pm each day, presenting an ideal destination post-ski & spa.

Six Senses Courchevel Spa & Wellness

The Six Senses Courchevel spa offers guests a range of healing treatments, wellness experts and smart technologies to deliver personalised spa packages just right for you. There is a range of facilities on offer for guest use, including an indoor swimming pool open from 9am-9pm, a 24/7 gym and a vitality area with saunas, Kneipp footbath therapy and more. On minimum stays of 7 nights, guests of the Six Senses 3BR will enjoy the use of a €400 spa credit, allowing you to experience a range of beauty therapies and massage treatments for no extra cost to your stay. There is also a wellness lounge where you can purchase a variety of lifestyle and skincare products.

Ski Concierge

Six Senses Courchevel sits within a five minute walk, or two minute shuttle ride, to the private ski lodge. Situated at La Croisette, the ski concierge delivers a tailored ski in/ski out service in a private member's area, located next to a ski shop. The ski concierge service will prepare your equipment, store it and make any adjustments necessary. The ski shop next door allows you to browse the latest gear and equipment to rent or buy, and you can even book your equipment online before your stay, meaning they'll have them ready for you on arrival to your luxury ski holiday. The ski concierge can also help with arranging private lessons and ski schools for all abilities.

Sustainability

Sustainability is a core tenet behind everything Six Senses Courchevel does, taking a number of measures to reduce negative environmental impacts and conserve energy. Plastic bottles are replaced by glass where possible, with recycling points at all entrances to the residences and reception. They have a Sustainability Fund, supporting the NGO, One Tree at a Time, aimed at reducing textile waste in the mountains, and also going towards the conservation efforts of the chamois. Additional steps taken include sourcing local products, working with local providers, and using other energy efficient systems where possible.
