The Property
Ultima Courchevel is a unique complex covering a total 3,700m² and features 13 private chalets in total. The four bedroom chalets are located on the South side of the residence, neighbouring the slopes. Each of the properties accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedroom suites, making it a great option for friends and family groups alike.
Ultima Courchevel's 4-bedroom chalets harmoniously blend traditional Alpine character with the rarest and most prosperous materials and furnishings. Each chalet features an impressive open-plan living and dining area with a feature fireplace at its centre and stunning views. Each property also features a fully equipped kitchen and bar area, with everything needed to prepare delicious meals, whether you choose to do this yourself or hire a private chef for that added touch of luxury. With private balconies in every chalet, guests can make the most of the breathtaking views over the valley.
The 4 master bedrooms are all fully en-suite and also feature dressing rooms. With delicate fabrics, leather bedheads and marble bathrooms, these exquisite suites will ensure guests feel completely at home with the highest level of comfort.
Guests will also have access to the incredible facilities within the residence, which include a fabulous spa, private dining room available for rental, bar, and ski boutique. The wellness facilities in the spa are shared between the 8 chalets on the South side of the residence, and feature a heated outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, hammam, massage treatment rooms and a well-equipped gym.
Guests are also able to make the most of this ski in ski out location with in-house ski instructors offering private lessons for a maximum progress and pleasure. Ski rental can also be arranged through the in-house ski boutique, which enjoys direct access onto the slopes.

Prices are based on exclusive use of one of the 4 Bedroom Signature residences for up to 8 guests on a half board basis to include breakfast and a private chef with set menus included and more options available at extra cost. A shared driver shuttle service is also included.
There is an option to upgrade to one of the four Prestige Chalets that have the closest proximity to the piste, please enquire.

Location
Ultima Courchevel is perfectly situated at the bottom of the slopes, in the Belvédère neighbourhood of Courchevel Moriond (1650). This enviable location is on the sunny side of the valley, and allows guests to benefit from a true ski in ski out location, with fabulous views over the mountains.
There are two types of four bedroom chalet within the residence; Signature and Prestige. While the residence as a whole is ski in/ski out, the Prestige chalets are closer to the pistes. Signature chalets can conveniently access the slopes via the shared indoor ski room.
For guests, wishing to arrive to the Courchevel 1850 Altiport, the chalets are just a 20 minute transfer away.
