The Property
Chalet Grey Pearl offers a luxury ski getaway for groups of up to 16 guests this Winter, featuring incredible views of the Mont Blanc Mountain range and a selection of wellness facilities. Situated on the edge of the highly-requested Combloux area of Megeve, this chalet is ideal for those larger group ski holidays, with 3 double bedrooms, a master and a quad bunk bedroom sleeping guests in true luxury.
On the first floor is the large living area which has great views of the Princesse area of Megeve, and is tastefully finished in a sumptuous yet contemporary style in creams and beige colourway that gives the space a delightfully light and expansive feel. There is plenty of seating to easily and comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests in this area as well as access to the large balcony with super views of the surrounding area.
The open plan kitchen and dining area is just off the living room and is very spacious. There is also a smaller separate dining area which is ideal for children's meals. The main dining table can seat up to 12 guests. This chalet would be ideal for a luxury family ski holiday in Megeve.
The wellness area and main leisure facilities in Chalet Grey Pearl are located on the lower ground floor. Here you can find the jacuzzi, gym, sauna and cinema room. Another feature of this floor is the large wine cellar which is home to the owners private collection of fine wines from around the world.
In total, Chalet Grey Pearl sleeps up to 16 guests. The top floor of the chalet is home to the master bedroom and a small study. The study is on a mezzanine level above the living area and benefits from double height windows. The master bedroom has stunning views of the Megeve ski area from its large windows and private balcony, and has a light and airy feel to it. The en-suite bathroom is a good size with a stand alone bath as well as a walk in shower. On the ground level, you will find 4 bedrooms; 3 doubles and 1 large bunk room; all of which have en-suite shower rooms. All of the double rooms have access to the large outdoor terrace area. There is also a guest toilet on this level.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping. Additional services available upon request.
Location
Located in a quiet area with superb views of Mont Blanc on the edge of the resort of Combloux. The centre of Megeve is a 7 minute drive and the nearest ski lift is approximately 3 minutes by car from the chalet.
Chalet Grey Pearl can be rented in conjunction with Chalet Eagle for larger groups accommodating up to 27 people.
