The Property
Méribel's Chalet Les Bartavelles is a hidden gem sleeping up to 10 adults and 2 children, this chalet is a great winter family get away. As well as being perfectly positioned to enable you to ski in and ski out with ease, you are within a few minutes ski of Méribel's main lift centre and ski school meeting points.
The large open-plan living area oozes charm and luxury, with the open fire and comfortable classic interior, this chalet will make you feel relaxed and at home the moment you walk through the door. The dining area is located next to the library/bar and is welcomed by large windows looking over the valley.
After a full day skiing, it would then be time to relax in the outdoor, sunken hot tub or head to the sauna to sooth your aches and pains. Chalet Batavelles really does provide all the wellness facilities you would expect in a luxury chalet.
When it comes to spending a quiet night in, the cinema area is perfect. The large TV and comfortable sofas will put your minds and bodies to rest after a full days skiing. Adjacent to the cinema area you will find the pool table which will keep you entertained throughout your stay.
Bartavelles sleeps 10 adults in 5 en-suite bedrooms, and can accommodate another 4 children, 2 in a "loft" bedroom (suitable only for older children) and 2 in the lower bedrooms. This beautiful chalet has been decorated with great care and individuality. It's spacious living and dining spaces combine spectacular views and supreme comfort. The south facing picture windows open onto a sun terrace and for ultimate rejuvenation.
For convenience, the chalet has ample car parking (2 in the garage and further off road parking), laundry facilities and a ski room with boot warmers.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for 10 adults and is offered on a self-catered basis to include daily housekeeping and in resort concierge service.
The chalet can also be booked with a chef and host with food and drinks charged extra at the end of your stay, please enquire for confirmation of staff availability.
Location
Chalet Bartavelles is nestled in the trees just off the Route des Chalets, located in a prime ski in ski out position on the Doron (blue) piste just above the centre of Méribel. Clip your skis on at the chalet and make the short ski down to the Meribel Chaudanne where you will find the ski school meeting point and lift hub.
For evenings out with friends, it's just a short 5 minute drive from the centre of Meribel. Alternatively, the resort bus passes along the Route des Chalets for an easy ride into the village. The bus shuttle runs regularly starting from early morning to late night.
