The Property

Cala 301 is a modern, well-appointed, luxury duplex apartment in the highly sort after ski-in, ski-out La Legettaz area of Val d'Isere. The property sleeps 8 people across 4 bedrooms and 200m² of living space.

The property's open plan dining and living area offers the main social space in the chalet. This is a fabulous, expansive space with each area feeling very distinct. Beautiful reclaimed wood used generously on the walls and ceilings creates a traditional chalet feeling, while the finest quality furnishings and bold pieces of furniture add glamour and fun. The floor to ceiling glass windows and doors let in an abundance of natural light whilst also showcasing the view of the peaks opposite. They open out onto south facing balconies, where you can relax in the warmer spring months.

The large dining area can be found just off the fully equipped modern kitchen area. The open plan kitchen means that for those who take the property on a self-catered basis, the chef within your group needn't be shut away from the social interaction.

Cala 301 has a private hot tub in a courtyard and a small sauna. Both of these are the ideal place to relax after a long day of skiing this amazing ski area.

There are four generously sized double bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms is furnished to a very high standard and has an en-suite. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and two have en-suite shower rooms.

The apartment enjoys use of private laundry facilities, a ski room with private ski lockers and an indoor parking space.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a self-catered basis to include housekeeping 6 days per week. Accommodation only rates without the housekeeping included are available on request.
