Grand Pré 2 is one of four stunning apartments in the residences, offering luxurious living, outstanding views, and superb wellness facilities. Sleeping up to 10 people in four bedrooms, this contemporary home is full of character and is a wonderful retreat for a ski-loving family or a group of friends. The property is entered onto the second floor where a large, open plan living space awaits.

In Grand Pré 2, there is a cosy and warm lounging area complete with wood burning fireplace which adjoins a bar, kitchen and dining area giving a fantastic area for dining and relaxing together. From this space you look out through the large, full height windows, giving spectacular views across the Manchet Valley and up towards the often illuminated piste of the Face de Bellevarde.

The dining area sits opposite the living room and here, a large, contemporary wooden table seats up to ten people. For any keen cooks, you will find the modern kitchen well-equipped with plenty of space for food preparation and raised bar along with high stools.

Heading down the stairs to the first floor level, you will discover the four well appointed bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests. The first bedroom is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is another double bedroom with en-suite shower and a private toilet. The master double bedroom is the most spacious and features a desk and chair as well as a large bathroom with a separate shower. The fourth bedroom is a quad bunk room, sleeping up to four people in adult-sized beds. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and guests sleeping here have a dedicated WC located next to the room.

Guests staying at Grand Pré 2 have shared access to the spa area on the building's first floor, presided over by a heated swimming pool with endless current and submerged jet spa. A sauna completes this tranquil space, perfect for indulging tired, ski-weary muscles.

The apartment has its own laundry room with a washer and a dryer. Guests also have access to a ski room with private ski lockers. An expansive parking garage, with two dedicated parking places with electric car charging ports, occupies the lowest level of the building.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 10 guests on a self catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
