Grand Pré 3 is one of four stunning apartments in the residences, offering luxurious living, outstanding views, and superb wellness facilities. Sleeping up to 8 guests in four stunning en-suite bedrooms, it is an idyllic home for families or groups of friends seeking quick access to the slopes.

Entering the Apartment Grand Pre you find yourself in the in the beautiful living space. A sense of grandeur is immediate with the lavish double-height floor to ceiling windows. Here you will find a plush and relaxing lounge area complete with modern fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen sits next to this whilst the dining table, with space to comfortably seat eight gives stunning views across the valley. Double doors take you to the sun-drenched west-facing balcony featuring lounge chairs and a dining table, where you can drink in the breath-taking mountain views.

Leading from the dining room you will find the first double/twin bedroom with its own, en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is located across from the entrance and also comes fully equipped with an en-suite shower room. The stairs heading to the upper level brings you into the master suite, which occupies the whole floor. This beautiful adult retreat features an open plan bathroom with full length bath, separate shower, his 'n hers stone sinks, and separate WC all finished in natural stone and reclaimed wood. It also boasts a delightful office nook, with a built-in desk and wall-mounted TV. It is a beautifully appointed, luxurious space, where you will wake feeling rested and revitalised.

Taking the stairs down to the lower floor, you will find the last of the four bedrooms, a twin/double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There is a dedicated WC opposite this bedroom.

Grand Pré 3 also shares a refined spa area on the building's first floor, featuring a heated swimming pool with endless current and submerged jet spa. A sauna completes this tranquil space, perfect for indulging tired, ski-weary muscles.

The apartment has its own laundry room with a washer and a dryer. Guests also have access to a ski room with private ski lockers. An expansive parking garage, with two dedicated parking places with electric car charging ports, occupies the lowest level of the building.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a self-catered basis to include housekeeping 6 days per week. Accommodation only rates without the housekeeping included are available on request.
