The Property

This chalet is predominantly constructed using natural materials such as wood, slate and cotton. The well chosen decor matches the look and feel of the chalet perfectly. Entering the chalet, you instantly feel at home, the perfect place for a quiet family holiday.

Starting on the lowest floor, you will find a home cinema and a party room. It has a large wooden table with seating for 14 guests and direct access to the wine cellar, the perfect area for an enjoyable evening with friends. On the same level, the chalet provides a fitness room equipped with a treadmill, a home trainer, wall bars, a stepping machine and some weights.

A short stairway leads to the spa area, with a small pool, a steam room and sauna.

The kitchen and dining room, with a table for 10, can be found on the entrance level, together with the entrance hall.

Situated on the next levels are three identical double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a master bedroom with a kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom providing a shower and hot tub.

On the top level under the roof, a generous living room awaits. The cozy sofa corner in front of the fireplace is the perfect place to rest after a good day of skiing or just to read a book. There is also a TV corner and a working space. The view towards Madulain is just breathtaking. Looking towards the town of La Punt, you can enjoy some sunshine on the balcony.
