The Property
Chalet Khione is a gorgeous 200m², ideally located, property spread over 2 floors, that combines contemporary style with old wood. There is a seamless blend from the rustic bedrooms, large open plan living area and sleek, fully stocked kitchen to create an elegant and cosy mountain home.
The open plan and spacious living area has plenty of space for the whole group to unwind and relax after a day of adventuring the mountain side. Whether you find yourself in the TV snug, next to the wood burning fireplace or on one of the many outdoor balconies, you are sure to find yourself relaxed and in awe of the incredible views before your eyes. The dining area, located just off the fully equipped kitchen can comfortably seat 10 people and is the ideal place to gather and eat some local delicacies and drink fine wines. Also located on the main living floor is a ski room with boot heaters and a separate WC.
Climbing the modern, curved staircase you reach a gallery area overlooking the light, open living area below before heading into the sleeping quarters of the chalet. Here you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room and a room which can be either a double or a twin. All of the bedrooms have en-suite bath or shower rooms, with the exception of the double/twin bedroom, which has it's own shower room and WC just across the hallway.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.

Location
Chalet Khione sits in an incredible ski-in location and is 50m from the nearest lift. It is also conveniently placed right next to where the ski schools meet so no early morning rushes to get the little ones ready. Chalet Khione is ideally located offering easy access to all the bars and restaurants that the car-less town centre of Saas-Fee has to offer, with the nearest supermarket only a 4 minute walk away.
