The Property
Chalet Annelies is a gorgeous mountain retreat perfect for families in the luxury resort of Verbier, available as a seasonal rental. Sleeping 6 adults and 4 children across four bedrooms, this luxury chalet uses hand-crafted antique woods, natural stone and chic furniture to create a traditional and stylish Alpine home for the winter.
Set out over three floors, you can find the primary living spaces on Chalet Annelies top floor. Tall vaulted ceilings and giant wall-encompassing windows serve to give the already vast open plan living-kitchen-dining area an even more spacious feel. The living room is particularly large, with plenty of sumptuous sofas and an enchanting stone fireplace at one end. The well-equipped kitchen seamlessly blends into the traditional interior of the chalet, and a large square dining table with banquette seating on three sides offers a cosy spot to assemble for meals. The expansive windows open out onto a wrap-around balcony, where the picturesque views are simply breath-taking. On the chalet's ground floor, you can find a secondary lounge area. Acting as a TV room, this is also a fantastic space for socialising, with lots of comfortable seating to congregate around the large coffee table or at the fashionable bar.
Also situated on this ground floor is Chalet Annelies' spa. A haven of wellness and relaxation, you will be soothed by a relaxing stint in the magnificent stone bath. There is also both a sauna and a Hammam in this spa area, providing an inviting place for recovery from an intense day on the slopes of the 4 Valleys, Switzerland's largest ski area.
Chalet Annelies has four bedrooms in total, suitable for 6 adults and 4 children. The bulk of these rooms are found on the middle floor of the chalet, where a spectacular master bedroom has a beautiful roll top freestanding bathtub in an open plan shower room. On this floor you will find a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room as well as the children's bunk room. Sleeping 4 in a charming wooden bunk bed structure, this cosy sleeping space is perfect for younger ones, and has an en-suite bath and shower room as a bonus. All three of these bedrooms have direct access to the terrace/balcony that encircles this middle floor of the chalet. A final double bedroom with en-suite shower room is located just off the living spaces on the top floor.
Chalet Annelies has plenty of practical facilities as well, for convenient use throughout your stay. The ground floor houses a boot room and laundry facilities for easy storage and cleaning. There is also a garage down here with space for two cars.
The prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet to include full gourmet catering, selected complimentary drinks, in-resort driver service and 2 days complimentary ski instruction.
The chalet can also be taken on a Self-Catered or Bed & Breakfast basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
Chalet Location
Chalet Annelies is a luxury retreat situated on the Route Du Golf, a short way up the mountain overlooking the centre of Verbier.
Chalet Annelies is a short stroll, approximately 3 minutes, from the Savoleyres lift station, giving access to the family friendly La Tzoumaz & Savoleyres ski area. The chalet is also only 5-10 minutes walk from the nursery slopes. The main Médran lift station, providing easy access to the wider 4 Valleys ski area, is just 1.5km away, less than 5 minutes by car.
There are several restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the chalet or a bit further away, 15 minutes or so walking or 3 minutes by car, will take you into the very centre of Verbier.
