This operator prides itself on a hospitable service, delivered by an outstanding in-resort team, who are dedicated to making your luxury ski holiday in Verbier the best possible one yet! Even before arriving in resort, their experienced and expert concierge team are on hand to provide detailed and personal planning, so you don’t have to worry about a thing when you arrive.

Catered ski holidays are as much about indulging on your chalet’s delicacies, as they are about the skiing. As part of your package, a professional chef and talented host are on hand throughout your stay, to ensure your every need is attended to and post-ski appetites are well-satisfied. Each
morning, you will be treated to a delicious, cooked breakfast of your choice, with continental breakfast options (fresh bread, croissants, fruit and cereals) available too. On your chalet staff’s day off, a continental breakfast will be set out for when you wake up. Specially selected ground coffee along with an espresso machine and freshly squeezed orange juice, will further add to the fuel for long ski sessions.

Upon return from skiing, daily afternoon tea, consisting of homemade cakes and cookies, will help
you reenergise back at your Verbier chalet. In the evening, there are pre-dinner canapés served with drinks, before indulging on your private chef’s dinners. Served on 5 nights, fabulous four-course evening meals will help to replenish ski appetites. Early children’s dinners can be served upon request. Evening meals are perfectly accompanied with a premium selection of Champagnes, wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks, also included in your chalet package.

Your chalet team extends to an out-house Guests Relations Manager, who you will be able to keep in regular contact with throughout your stay, should anything require addressing.

In addition to the above, daily housekeeping and a mid-week towel change are conducted to ensure your chalet stays in a clean and tidy manner for the duration of your stay. Luxury bathroom toiletries
are also provided.

A true selling point of this operator’s service is its included 24-hour driver’s service. Perfect for families needing children whisked off to ski school first thing in the morning, or for those requiring a lift after a late-night après-ski session, this operator has an assembly of in-resort minibuses shared between its collection of luxury ski chalets in Verbier.
