The Property

Chalet Ibron in Zermatt is a luxury summer chalet with an airy alpine quality, ready to host up to 8 guests across its four double/twin bedrooms. This chalet benefits from a good location, positioned between the main gondola station and the centre of town, affording some lovely views over the village with a large terrace area perfect for summer in Zermatt.

The chalet occupies three levels, with the ground floor housing the main living area of Chalet Ibron. Light woods and bright walls make up the interiors of the chalet, which has been furnished with comfortable leather sofas and a dining table fit for 8 guests. A stone wall with log burner and cowhide rug contributes to the chalet's alpine nature, while expansive sliding glass doors help flood the living areas with lots of natural light, giving the space an airier feel. By the dining area, the chalet features an expertly equipped fitted kitchen, with plenty of counter space for food preparation.

Outside, Chalet Ibron enjoys a spacious sun terrace, where guests can make the most of Zermatt in summer through the outdoor lounge seating and alfresco dining spaces. From the terrace, you are afforded splendid views over the charming village, as well as the mountains that surround the valley.

For a spot of wellness, there is a private sauna situated in the chalet's Master bedroom, perfect to help you unwind after a day exploring the mountains.

Chalet Ibron can sleep up to 8 guests overall, spread between 4 double/twin bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed, with rustic furnishings and light alpine woods giving them a homely quality. There is a Master suite with a log burner on the top floor, with a second bedroom up here that shares a bathroom with one of the rooms on the first floor. Three of the rooms also feature private balconies, from which you have an even greater vantage point to overlook the stunning mountain resort.

There are laundry facilities on the ground floor of Chalet Ibron.

For larger groups or corporate trips to Zermatt, the chalet can be taken alongside the neighbouring Chalet Pollux (sleeps 8), Chalet Castor (sleeps 8), and Chalet Gemini (sleeps 10). This allows varying group sizes of up to 34 guests to stay close together on a luxury summer holiday in Zermatt.

Price is for exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self catered basis only.

Please note, due to Chalet Ibron's steep hillside location, there is a long flight of external stairs to access the property. This should be considered if you are travelling with less abled guests.
