The Property

Chalet Pollux is a traditional summer chalet in Zermatt, a homely space for up to 8 guests. With a decent location midway between the centre of resort and the main gondola station, as well as some glorious views over the village and a sun-catching terrace, this chalet is a great option for a luxury summer holiday in Zermatt.

Set over three floors, the ground level is the main living floor of Chalet Pollux. The open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area of the chalet displays a number of features to help create an authentic mountain home. From wooden flooring and the feature stone wall, to a cosy log burner fireplace and traditional pillows adorning the leather sofas, the chalet has a cheery alpine atmosphere. There is ample seating space for guests in both the lounge and dining areas, while a fully-equipped kitchen has all you could need to fix a tasty home-cooked meals, for nights when you aren't out exploring the best restaurants in Zermatt.

Sliding glass doors open out from the lounge area of Chalet Pollux to its terrace space. As well as providing wonderful views over the picturesque town and surrounding mountains, the terrace also hosts the chalet's outdoor hot tub, ideal for anyone looking to unwind after a day of summer activities in Zermatt. There is also a small outdoor table and chairs, a great spot for drinks in the late afternoon.

Chalet Pollux features four double bedrooms, located on the first and second floor, providing accommodation for up to 8 guests. All rooms can also be configured as twin, providing great flexibility for different mixtures of groups. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and welcoming, with a genuine alpine feel that makes you feel at home. Three of the rooms also benefit from private balcony areas, and each room is fitted with its own en-suite.

There are laundry facilities on the ground floor of Chalet Pollux.

For larger groups or corporate trips to Zermatt, the chalet can be taken alongside the neighbouring Chalet Gemini (sleeps 10), Chalet Ibron (sleeps 8), and Chalet Castor (sleeps 8). This allows varying group sizes of up to 34 guests to stay close together on a luxury summer holiday in Zermatt.

Price is for exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self catered basis only.

Please note, due to Chalet Pollux's steep hillside location, there is a long flight of external stairs to access the property. This should be considered if you are travelling with less abled guests.
