After a long day on the slopes, you will be welcomed back into Chalet Nightingale's stylishly furnished open-plan living space. With a spacious yet connected feel, this area is perfect for hosting the evening's entertainment. Large floor to ceiling windows lead out onto the balcony, and flood this room with ample amounts of light, as well as capturing the snowy scenes outside. Put your feet up and relax on the comfortable sofas as you chill out after a fun-filled day, chatting with a drink in hand, or simply catching up with your latest series on the large TV, positioned in the corner of the room. In the evening, settle around the generous dining table where the whole group can come together to discuss the day's activities, whilst indulging on a hearty evening meal. There is a contemporary open kitchen, perfect for preparing indulgent breakfasts and and dinners for the group.
For your after-ski relaxation, guests are able to revel in a selection of shared wellness facilities to aid their rest and recovery. The spa is shared with Chalet Woodpecker, which is part of the same building as Chalet Nightingale, and features an indoor hot tub and sauna, perfect for loosening any aching muscles.
A truly family friendly ski chalet in Alpe d'Huez, Chalet Nightingale can sleep up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom benefits from en-suite facilities, for guests' convenience. One of the twin bedrooms, on the first floor, also has space for an additional children's bed (suitable for younger children), with the additional luxury of its own balcony access.
For any guests wishing to drive to the chalet, Chalet Nightingale shares outdoor parking with neighbouring chalet, Chalet Woodpecker, offering 4 spaces. Please confirm upon booking how many spaces you require for your group.
Chalet Nightingale can be booked alongside Chalet Woodpecker, for larger groups of up to 21 guests. Please enquire if this is more suited to your group's requirements.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for 6 people, with a contactless catering service. Empty bed and children discounts will apply.
Self-catered prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet to include mid-stay cleaning and linen change.

Chalet Nightingale is positioned in a superb location in Alpe d’Huez. Situated on Avenue de l’Eclose in the southernmost part of the main village, the resort centre is only a 5 minute walk away. The chalet is located just across the road from the blue Rieu de l'Alpe piste, ensuring you are always close to the action. For beginners, the chalet is only a 3 minute walk from the Telecentre lift, leading to the nursery area and main lifts.

Your premium chalet will be ready on arrival with beds made, dinner ready, fridges stocked, ski equipment booked and lift passes delivered. They will prepare everything behind the scenes but only be a phone call away for anything you need. This modern twist on chalet holidays ensures both safety and comfort for you and your family during your winter getaway.
When taken on a self-catered basis, a mid-stay clean with towel and linen change is included, as well as end of stay cleaning, a welcome basket, and firewood.
The contactless catered service offers a more effortless holiday experience, with guests greeted to a Champagne reception upon arrival at your luxury ski chalet. In addition to the self-catered inclusions, guests will receive the luxury of having the supplies you need for each meal, including; breakfast every morning, afternoon snacks, pre-dinner nibbles and dinner for six evenings. Breakfast each morning consists of a selection of hot and cold provisions, stocked prior to your arrival in the chalet. Afternoon snacks and pre-dinner nibbles will also be waiting for you in the chalet, with a selection of complimentary drinks (including wine, beer and port) also available to enjoy before your meals. On five evenings, you will receive prepared meals by the local Savoyard Delicatessen and the remaining night will be a raclette style meal. This means you can skip the hassle of meal planning and ingredient hunting and let the team take care of everything. All orders will be made with Savoyard delicatessens and supermarkets.
