The Property
The Chalet Les Seracs has 10 bedrooms, mostly with en-suite bathrooms and balconies, all with high quality bedding and furnishings. Outside there is a large garden and two private car parks.
The dining table seats up to 14 at a time with seating for a further 6 in the kitchen. The lounge has comfortable seating areas for 12 with plenty of space to enjoy the central log fire. The 50" plasma with surround sound can be used to watch films from the extensive library or HD Free-Sat programmes. Wi-Fi broadband is available throughout the chalet.
The lounge and dining area is on the second floor of the chalet and is fronted with floor to ceiling windows leading out onto a panoramic balcony. The south facing views over the Mont Blanc massif are breathtaking. Guests can relax here with unobstructed frontline views of the most spectacular scenery the valley has to offer including the Aiguilles Rouges and Le Tour Glacier. There is outside seating and a gas BBQ for use when the weather is suitable.
The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook banquet meals. It has an oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, an American fridge freezer and sufficient cutlery, crockery & glassware for up to 20 diners.
For entertainment needs, the pool room on the ground floor has a full size pool table. The cinema room has a large screen, surround sound and an extensive film library. In addition to the X-Box games area & Sky TV in the Master Suite there is a second X-Box console on the ground floor (bring your own games). This also has Sky TV.
For guests who like Scandinavian saunas this 8 person hot room is the perfect place to relax. In addition, the outdoor hot-tub can accommodate 8 people in water of up to 40 degrees. There are air jets and under water lighting to adjust to suit your mood. The views from this spa are truly astounding.
The ski equipment room has a hi-tech heated boot rack with warm air jets to both heat and dry your boots each day, the timer can be set to automatically cater for your requirements.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a self catered basis. No travel included.
Location
A superb location at the foot of the slopes and lifts of Le Tour. This ski-in ski-out chalet is over 400sqm across 3 floors with fabulous views down the Chamonix valley.
Room Layout
Master Suite (bedrooms 1 & 9)
The master suite is a large self contained area on the second floor sleeping up to four people in the double bedroom and adjoining twin bunk room. There is an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, shower cubicle, two sinks and a separate WC. The lounge area seats 4 and has a 32" flat screen games area (No.1) with Sky TV and an X-Box. There is also a desk with a pc connected to the chalet Wi-Fi broadband system. There are floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views down the valley.
Second Suite (bedrooms 2 & 10)
The second suite is on the first floor and also sleeps up to 4 persons in a double bedroom and a separate twin bunk room. They share their own adjoining shower cubicle and WC. The double bedroom has south facing views from its balcony.
Bedroom 3
A double bedroom on the first floor with en-suite shower & WC, sunny south facing views and a balcony.
Bedroom 4
This first floor bedroom can be arranged as a king sized double or a twin. It has an en-suite shower room with sink & WC and a south facing balcony.
Bedroom 5
On the first floor - this bedroom also can be arranged as a king sized double or a twin. It has an en-suite shower room and south facing balcony.
Bedroom 6
A first floor double bedroom with a four poster bed and an en-suite containing a bath with shower over, sink and WC. It also has its own private balcony facing south.
Bedroom 7
On the ground floor - a king sized double or twin room with sink. A shower cubicle and WC is shared with bedroom 8.
Bedroom 8
Also on the ground floor this twin room has a sink and shares a shower and WC with bedroom 7.
