The Property
Chalet Du Cerf is a stunningly modern chalet mixed with alpine luxury and fantastic views. There is an open plan lounge and dining room with beautiful fire leading onto a south facing terrace on the ground floor. The kitchen is also on this floor and is spacious and modern. The ground floor also hosts the master bedroom with satellite television and en-suite bathroom suite.
Descending to the lower ground floor you enter the chalet's spa area with modern sauna (fitted with bespoke speaker system) and an adjacent rain shower. Next to this is the chalet's TV area fitted with “baby foot” table. A bunk room suitable for 6 adults with adjoining bathroom is also found in this floor. Guests can enter the chalet on this level through the dedicated and spacious ski and boot room.
The chalet's first floor boasts four luxury bedroom suites, all en-suite with shower rooms and high quality fixtures and fittings. Both the ground and lower ground floor have satellite television and surround sound Sonos music system.
Price is based on exclusive use of the chalet to include full gourmet chalet catering and selected complimentary drinks. Also available on a self-catered basis on request.
In resort chauffeur driver service available for 10 hours per day at an additional charge of €2,995 per week (1 x 8 seat vehicle).
Location
Chalet Du Cerf is located 5 minutes walk from Les Houches ski lift. Chamonix town centre is a 10 minute drive away and restaurants are within 10 minutes walk. You can ski from the chalet to the ski lift in approximately one minute and return to the chalet down an adjoining footpath leading from the ski piste (intermediate skiers and above).
