Penthouse B is a luxurious self-catered ski in ski out apartment in Courchevel 1850. The spacious property welcomes up to 6 guests, perfect for an intimate getaway in this world-renowned resort. In addition to its fabulous ski location, the apartment provides private access to a well-equipped spa area, with plenty of facilities for guests to unwind after a day of exploring the slopes.
Penthouse B epitomises modern alpine elegance, with a sophisticated open-plan design and refined interior style. On the apartments lower level, a comfortable lounge invites you to relax in front of the glowing warmth of the feature fireplace, before gathering around the large dining table to feast upon delicious evening meals, concocted in the apartment's fully-equipped kitchen. Not just an area for the group's nominated cook to work their magic, the kitchen features a sizeable central island with bar stools and a wine fridge, functioning as a sociable space to enjoy an after dinner drink. Set adjacent to the dining area, the apartment's balcony invites you to drink in the stunning mountain vistas afforded by the apartment's excellent location.
From the apartment, a private elevator grants access to the basement level of Penthouse B's building, where you will discover the apartment's incredible private spa area. Plush seating and a crackling fireplace set the soothing ambience for this sanctuary of wellness, where an extensive Jacuzzi, sauna and Hammam provide delightful wellness treatments for your whole group to indulge in.
Penthouse B is set up to welcome up to 6 guests in total, spread between three capacious double bedrooms. Utilising natural materials and lavish furnishings, the bedrooms are the picture of contemporary Alpine style. Floor-to-ceiling windows grant postcard-worthy snapshots of the snowy wonderland outside, while also flooding the generously-sized bedrooms with natural light. The bedroom on the lower floor can be split into a twin if necessary, and each room enjoys the privacy of an en-suite, with two shower rooms and one bathroom with overhead shower on offer.
There are two parking spaces available for guests of Penthouse B. The apartment also enjoys access to a communal ski room, with lockers for your equipment and boot warmers for your footwear.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 6 guests with daily continental breakfast preparation and daily housekeeping. Food and drink charged in addition.
Location
Penthouse B is a wonderful ski in ski out property in Courchevel 1850, occupying the top levels of a building which sits upon the green Bellecôte piste, with lovely mountain views from its location.
A brilliant spot for skiing, sitting upon the green Bellecôte piste means that Penthouse B offers an easy ski down to La Croisette, the main snow front of Courchevel 1850 with the major lifts and ski school meeting points.
For accessing the resort centre, a 5-minute drive, or 15-20 minute walk downhill, will bring you to the luxurious boutiques, stylish bars, and gourmet restaurants that Courchevel 1850 is renowned for.

On your luxury ski holiday, you will be welcomed to your property with a meet and greet, introducing you to everything you need to know, as well as treating you to a welcome pack with some Perrier-Jouët Champagne. The property will be in exemplary condition with all the essentials provided for you, with daily cleaning of 90 minutes to keep it in immaculate condition throughout the week. These 90 minutes are inclusive of the time it takes to set up the spa, so that on return from skiing, your wellness area is all set up as a serene space to unwind.
Penthouse B runs with a breakfast service included. A continental breakfast buffet will be laid out each day, with eggs cooked to your specifications. The service is included in the price, but food and drink provisions will be charged in addition at the end of the week.
