A stylish kitchen sits adjacent, and has an island with breakfast bar, an American-style fridge/freezer, and everything you'll need to pull together delicious family meals. A wraparound balcony surrounds the kitchen and living/dining room. With incredible views across the surrounding peaks and an alfresco dining table, this is a dream spot for a morning coffee or dinner at sunset.
The 4 double bedrooms are all pleasingly spacious, and each benefits from an en-suite bath/shower room. One of the bedrooms has direct terrace access, while another has a dressing room. The bedrooms have a good amount of storage for all of those necessary winter jumpers.
For added convenience, Chalet Sapin has an internal elevator across all three floors and garage parking. There's also a laundry room.
Chalet Location
Located in a quiet Les Pettoreaux corner of Megeve, Chalet Sapin is nevertheless close to all of the amenities of Megeve centre and the skiing at Mont d'Arbois. The centre of resort is a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk, while the parking at the base of the Mont d'Arbois lifts is a highly convenient 2 minute drive. The nearest restaurant is just a 15 minute walk away.
