Chalet 46° has been meticulously converted from a traditional French farmhouse into a stunning, luxurious modern chalet, which can accommodate up to 14 guests. Retaining many of the original features, the architects have blended sleek glass fixtures with modern amenities to create a contemporary alpine chalet located a short walk from the centre of Morzine.
Set over three levels, Chalet 46° lends itself perfectly to entertaining and relaxing. A long galley living area is found on the top floor, separated naturally into different entertainment spaces by the large beams which provide welcome character to this space. To the end of the living area is a cosy lounge with sofas and a reading chair conveniently positioned to make the most of the fireplace and views out, over the balcony, onto the garden and mountains beyond. A second relaxed seating area is found before moving onto an elegant dining area for the whole group. The modern kitchen finishes the room with sleek worktops and a cool breakfast bar with its own beer pump.
During your luxury ski holiday, the opportunity to truly relax in style is a ‘must-have’. Guests can fully experience this feeling on the ground floor of Chalet 46°, where a spa treatment room, TV lounge, and sauna offer the perfect ways to unwind after a day on the slopes. The treatment room offers a tranquil and relaxing space to enjoy massages, manicures, pedicures or hair and beauty treatments; all of which can be arranged for you.
Outside, Chalet 46° features a very unique space. The private south-facing garden and a large outdoor terrace, is the ideal space for entertaining, whether you feel like relaxing any aching muscles in the large hot tub, or catching up with one another around the firepit while having a drink from the outdoor bar. Nearby, a spacious wooden table offers the perfect spot where to enjoy alfresco meals in the warmer months of the season.
Five luxury bedrooms, all complete of their en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms, can be found on the first floor, offering the upmost comfort, and allowing guests a good night of sleep-in style. Two out of the four spacious double bedrooms' have the privilege of free-standing bathtubs in the room, while another bedroom features built-in cabin beds under the eaves, which can easily accommodate two guests. A large family room incorporates a double bed and two set of bunk beds, where two adults or two children can comfortably sleep. In case it would be required, all the double beds can also be arranged as twin beds, meeting your group’s desires and making the chalet suitable both for family and corporate trips looking to spend their luxury ski holiday in Morzine.
On the entrance level, your ski and snowboard equipment will be safely stored in the boot room and kept warm and dry for the next day by the heated boot and glove racks.
Chalet 46° can be rented alongside Apartment 6° to cater for up to 20 guests. Normally, Apartment 6° is offered self-catered but with enough space to dine everyone upstairs in Chalet 46°, it is possible to take them together for a fully catered stay.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and includes full gourmet catering, open bar and 24hr on call driver service.
There is the possibility to add extra guests up to the capacity of 14 at a supplement of £500 per person. Please enquire.
