The Property

This impressive alpine residence set out over four floors, comfortably accommodates 16 guests in eight, individually designed, en-suite bedrooms.

Originally built in 1904 and previously owned by the House of Chanel dynasty, the chalet has undergone an extensive renovation completed in 2013. The exterior of the chalet has been lovingly restored while the interior has undergone a complete transformation with a key focus on sustainability. Many of the original features have been retained. Fine materials, handcrafted wood panelling, natural stones, and antique and contemporary furniture have all been utilised to create an outstanding, luxurious family home. The latest security and entertainment systems have also been incorporated into the infrastructure.

The chalet boasts a gym, cinema room, sauna, and massage room as well as an outdoor heated swimming pool and cedar hot tub perfect for relaxing in and taking in the mountain views. The chalet provides a sophisticated venue for entertaining.

The ground floor houses the wood-panelled drawing and sitting rooms as well as the dining room, main entrance, kitchen, and guest toilet. The drawing room accesses the vast south and west-facing terraces.

Further facilities include a boot room, TV/games room, laundry room and an extensive wine cellar. The pool and hot tub are located on the terrace of this floor which also gives access to the fitness area, sauna, and massage room, located in a separate building adjacent to the garage.

Prices are for exclusive use of the chalet to include full catering and in resort driver service. No travel included.
