The Property
On the first floor of the Nevada Residence is where you will find Twin Peak, a centrally located apartment in Zermatt. This property can accommodate up to 6 people over 3 bedrooms.
As you enter the property you will be welcomed into a comfortable and contemporary open plan living, kitchen and dining area, and will notice the tasteful decor throughout with neutral and calming tones.
The living area has a large corner sofa, perfect to cosy up and relax with friends and family after a day on the slopes. With large floor to ceiling sliding doors along one wall, the room is flooded with light and the balcony can be accessed through the doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your self-catered holiday, and the dining table can seat six people with ease.
Off the living area you will find one double bedroom and one twin/double bedroom that share a large bathroom and separate toilet. The third double bedroom has its own small seating area and kitchenette in the bedroom, as well as a separate shower room. Two of the bedrooms are complete with their own private balconies.
The apartment can be accessed by lift or stairs and the Nevada residence also houses a ski room with private ski lockers and a laundry room with all the necessary facilities.
The prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a self-catered basis to include daily housekeeping.
Location
This luxury apartment is in a sought after location in Zermatt, only a stone's throw from the shops, bars and restaurants. It is only a minute walk from the train station and the Gornergrat lift station, giving you quick and easy access to the ski slopes.
The Sunnegga lift station is an eight minute walk and the Klein Matterhorn lift station a fifteen minute walk.
