The Property
The Brunnenhof residence in Lech is made up of 14 quality apartments and spa. Brunnenhof 6 is a four bedroom, 130m² apartment on the first floor of the residence, sleeping up to 8 guests.
The living and dining area is a warm, welcoming space with views of the village and mountains beyond. A large L shaped sofa and stylish seating provide a sophisticated ambiance to enjoy a pre-dinner drink or relax and unwind. The living area is open plan so leads on the dining space and well-equipped kitchen.
Guests have access to the exclusive spa facilities making this one of Lech's most sought-after residences. An indoor swimming pool, spa, hammam, sauna and treatment room provide the ultimate in relaxation after a hard day on the slopes.
The apartment has two twin/double bedrooms and two fixed double bedrooms. The main master bedroom offers floor to ceiling French doors which have access to the spacious terrace allowing you to enjoy panoramic views of the stunning Lech mountains. There is an elegant en-suite bathroom, with separate shower and twin basins. There is a further double bedroom at the front of the apartment with en-suite bathroom and separate shower. The twin/double bedrooms allow for flexibility within the group configuration and both have en-suite shower rooms.
Guests staying in Brunnenhof 6 also benefit from the use of shared laundry facilities and a shared ski locker.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 8 guests on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
The apartment is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
Accommodation only rates without housekeeping or mid-week towel change are also available, please enquire.
Location
Located on the site of the old Brunnenhof Hotel, the apartment is ideally located only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village and a 6-minute walk from the nearest ski lift. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back close to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.

The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
When staying at this luxury property on a Bed & Breakfast basis, you will be treated to a daily continental breakfast, laid out by your chalet hosts each morning. Fresh bread and pastries from a local bakery, alongside a fine assortment of regional products, including meats and cheeses, while tea, coffee and juices will also be provided, ready to fuel you for your long ski day ahead.
Should you desire, this property is also available on an accommodation only basis. Perfect for groups who want total privacy and freedom on their ski holiday, you will be left to your own devices without the services of staff, although you can still expect your luxury chalet/apartment to be well set up ready for your arrival.
