The Property

A luxurious and extensive duplex apartment, Bühlhof Penthouse in Lech is a wonderful property in which to make the most of everything the resort has to offer on your next luxury skiing holiday. Recently refurbished, and finished to the highest specification, it's a sumptuous and relaxing space with plenty of room for 12 guests to relax in luxury.

Making the most of the panoramic views, the top floor of the property is home to the main living area, dining space and kitchen. The real heart of this property is the kitchen and bar area, the perfect spot for catching up over a chilled glass of rosé and socialise in style. A central feature fireplace ensures a cosy and convivial ambience throughout this generous space. The dining table has ample room for all 12 guests, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all of the kit need to whip up gourmet delights and hearty family meals. The property's large terrace leads off this central space, providing the perfect opportunity for alfresco drinks before a stunning mountain panorama.

The cosy living room is located just off to one side and houses a chic U-shaped sofa that guests can sink into and relax. For the ultimate in chillout time, a separate TV snug is there for quiet moments in front of the big screen.

Bühlhof Penthouse boasts a lovely wellness area on the floor below the living space. It has a sauna and small gym, as well as an indoor/outdoor hot tub for two, where guests can enjoy a romantic moment with a glass of fizz.

The master suite is located on the top floor of the penthouse, and has direct access onto the spacious terrace. This double room has a luxurious ensuite bathroom as well as a separate WC. The five further bedrooms are all located on the floor below. Four of these bedrooms are sumptuous double rooms, and one is a twin bedded room. Each bedroom has its own ensuite shower room.

For convenience, Bühlhof Penthouse has access to the residence's shared laundry facilities and ski/boot room.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 12 guests and includes full gourmet catering, selected complimentary drinks, in-resort chauffeur service and two days complimentary ski instruction.

This apartment is also available on a bed and breakfast basis, with daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
