Perched just above the centre of Arc 1800, Chalet Arpozâ sits right beside a blue piste that runs directly down into the resort, making it well suited to beginner and intermediate skiers who want an effortless start and finish to their ski day within the vast Paradiski area.

Arula Chalets, Lech

The Arula Chalets sit in a prized pisteside spot in the exclusive Oberlech area of Lech, right alongside the blue Grubenalpe-Oberlech-Lech piste, an easy, confidence-building run that’s well suited to beginners and families, whilst also leading down to the Schlosskopfbahn chairlift for access to the wider Arlberg ski area.
Rented together, the two interconnected chalets sleep up to 30 guests across 13 bedrooms, making this one of the most impressive chalets in Austria. Facilities include a private ice rink, indoor swimming pool, cinema room and multiple wellness spaces, while Lech’s village centre is just a 10-minute walk, or a couple of minutes via the chalet’s own driving service.
Chalet Tschoder, St Anton

Chalet Tschoder is perched on the edge of the piste leading down to the Nasserein lift, an area of St Anton that also hosts the resort’s nursery slopes, making this one of the very few true ski-in/ski-out chalets in St Anton and a top pick for families and first-time skiers.

Chalet Überhaus, Lech

Multiple-time winner of Austria’s best ski chalet, Chalet Überhaus sits ski-in/ski-out in Oberlech, right beside the same cruisy blue Grubenalpe-Oberlech-Lech piste as the Arula Chalets, making it another excellent choice for beginners and families, with an easy run leading down towards the Schlosskopf chairlift and into the centre of Lech.
The chalet sleeps 10 to 14 guests across five bedrooms, including two family suites with bunk beds, and is unusual for Oberlech in that it can be reached by vehicle throughout the season as well as on skis. For smaller groups seeking an intimate family ski holiday in the Dolomites, Chalet Ski is hard to beat. Tucked away high on the mountainside next to the legendary Saslong World Cup piste, this two-bedroom chalet is best suited to confident intermediate and advanced skiers, given the more testing nature of the Saslong run, though the family-friendly Monte Pana area, with its themed trails and mini golf, is close by for quieter days.
