The Property
Chalech 3 is a luxury chalet in Lech for up to 12 guests, a spacious, contemporary alpine home of a refined design, ready to welcome you on your next luxury ski holiday to Austria. The chalet is located in the luxurious Chalech development, a hamlet of 5 chalets that occupy a fantastic location within the resort, with the chalet offering a range of both private and shared wellness amenities.
The top floor of Chalech 3 is its social heart. The chalet's main living areas are contained within an open-plan, barn-like structure, lined with wood and abundant with space. A fireplace floods all corners of the room with warmth, with a sumptuous lounge area off to one side and the elegant kitchen-dining area occupying the other. All 12 guests can comfortably sit together for mealtimes along the dining table, while a chic kitchen tucked in the corner of the room can be well utilised for all your culinary needs. French windows line either side of the lounge and dining area, with one wall entirely dedicated to glass doors that showcase the picturesque beauty of Lech in winter and the surrounding mountains of the Arlberg area. The doors slide away to let you step out onto the generous balcony of the top floor, giving a more up-close and personal view of the magnificent scenery.
A serene private spa area on one of the lower levels of Chalech 3 offers you a personal sanctuary of respite and well-being after busy days of exploring the slopes of the Arlberg. The in-house spa offers the comforts of both a sauna and Hammam for rejuvenation, as well as a unique red-light therapy room for use on an individual basis.
In addition to its lovely wellness space, located on the same floor is a generous assortment of facilities for your entertainment. Chalech 3 hosts a convivial bar area with a dartboard and a mix of cosy, banquette seating and authentic alpine-themed stools for sociable après ski celebrations. Adjacent, a comfortable cinema room awaits for a private movie night, or you can enjoy some more casual viewing in the TV snug which sits alongside the main living spaces on the top floor.
With six double bedrooms, evenly spread between the first and ground floors, Chalech 3 can accommodate groups of up to 12 guests. Each of the six double bedrooms affords an elegantly appointed en-suite, with four of the rooms providing outside access, to either a balcony or the terrace. The rooms all follow a similar style, with sleek woods, soft grey tones, sumptuous beds, and the odd pastel accent.
Guests of Chalech 3 will also have use of the shared spa area of the Chalech development. You have use of a soothing relaxation area with an indoor swimming pool, alongside a well-equipped gym for maintaining peak physical condition for the slopes.
For practicality, Chalech 3 has an internal elevator, laundry facilities, and 2 garage parking spaces.
Chalech 3 is one of five luxury chalets available for rental within the Chalech development. You can also rent Chalech M, Chalech 4, Chalech S, and Chalech L, with the smallest sleeping 8 to the largest sleeping 14 guests.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and includes full gourmet catering, selected complimentary drinks, in-resort chauffeur service and two days complimentary ski instruction.
This chalet is also available on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
Location
Chalech 3 is a fantastic luxury chalet located in the esteemed Chalech development, naturally in the resort of Lech, extremely close to the slopes and centre.
The Chalech development is a short, 2-minute drive to the nearest lift, the Schlosskopf chairlift. It is also only 2 minutes drive from the Schlegelkopfbahn chairlifts, and both the beginners' slopes and the Rüfikopfbahn gondolas. All of these lifts can be reached in a 7–12-minute walk, or there is a ski bus stop a short distance from the property along the main road.
The chalet is about a 5-minute walk, or 1-minute drive, from the centre of Lech, where a good range of local restaurants and shops are to be found.

In your stay at this incredible luxury Alpine chalet, you can anticipate high levels of service from an expert team of chalet staff, delivering a seamlessly personalised holiday experience from time of booking to your return home. These properties are luxury to their core, with the great team of staff taking care of every last detail and delivering flexible, attentive service in order to create a bespoke holiday package specialised to you and your group.
On your fully catered chalet holiday, you can expect high quality food and drink for each meal that is included. Daily cooked and continental breakfasts created with healthy, local ingredients will be laid out each morning to set you up for an exciting day on the mountain. On return from skiing, afternoon tea will feature freshly baked sweet and savoury options, a delightful treat to look forward to on 6 days of your stay. On 6 evenings dinner is provided, a bespoke menu tailored to your group's preferences, dietary requirements and wishes. The excellent chef team will use locally sourced, seasonal produce, paired with European wine selections, for a holiday menu of your choosing.
This luxury alpine chalet comes with a shared driver service in a VW Caravelle or similar vehicle. Running from 8am to 1am, this chauffeur service makes it easy to get from your chalet to the slopes and back, as well as explore all that the fabulous resort has to offer.
The pre-arrival concierge service is there to help organise activities, restaurant bookings both on the mountain and in resort, setting you up for the week with all your ski essentials, and generally helping organise your holiday to be as hassle-free and straightforward as possible. Once in resort, you will be welcomed to your chalet by a personal concierge. As well as having expert knowledge of the chalet and resort, ready to provide you with any help you need during your holiday, they will also be a highly qualified ski instructor, on hand to provide complimentary ski instruction for the first two days on the mountain. They can act as everything from a mountain guide to show you round the ski area, be on hand to help improve your technique, or take the kids off for their first ever lesson. Should you wish, the option to extend this ski instruction beyond two days is possible, just let the team know pre-arrival if this is something you're interested in, and this can be arranged for you at a supplement.
Available for a self catered luxury ski holiday, you can expect daily housekeeping services to keep the luxury property in spotless condition all week. The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
