The Property

Le Genievre is a spacious luxury apartment strategically located in the exclusive resort of Châtel. Characterised by modern elements, the interior design of the property creates a warm home away from home feeling. The 4-bedroom duplex apartment is ideal for up to 8 guests, looking to spend their self-catered holiday in France.

Organised over two floors, the apartment welcomes you in to the double height open-plan living space. This space is amplified with natural light flooding from every angle thanks to large French windows on two sides of the room. After a long day of skiing in Châtel, the comfortable seating area and the wood burning fireplace create a cosy atmosphere, presenting the perfect place to relax with a good book or to immerse yourself in front of your favourite film. From here, patio doors allow you to step outside onto the spacious wrap-around balcony, allowing you to admire the stunning views of the Abondance Valley, while enjoying an alfresco apéritif with your group.

Blended with the living area, a classy open plan dining-kitchen area is ready and waiting for your evening gatherings. The nominated cook can make use of the fully equipped modern kitchen to prepare homemade meals, while catching up with the rest of the group and discussing the following day's ski route or lunch stop. The large overall living space results in an ideal place where to socialise and chill with your family or friends, making unforgettable memories.

The modern alpine design is also recalled in the four spacious bedrooms split over the two floors. On the upper level, you can find the largest of the bedrooms, complete of its own shower room and TV area. On the main living level, the other three double bedrooms can be found, one of which is complete with an en-suite shower room, while the other two share a separate bathroom. To make your self-catered stay as comfortable and easy as possible, the master bedroom and one of the double rooms can also be arranged with twin beds.

For convenience, there are two allocated parking spaces within the residence for any groups self-driving for their ski holiday.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.
