The Property
Apartment Everest 401 is a stylish alpine apartment for 8 guests in Courchevel Moriond. A cosy, elegant mountain base for smaller groups, the apartment enjoys a great location in resort, alongside pretty mountain views, and modern alpine living.
The apartment covers a total of 160m², with a gorgeous open-plan living space to be found on entrance. A tall ceiling of exposed beams and a central dual-aspect stone fireplace provide a mountain flair to the property, with stylish furnishings in stone grey and sparkling silvers adding the luxurious touch. Ample lounge seating is provided on one side of the fireplace, with a circular dining table and glossy, contemporary kitchen found on the other side. There is a breakfast bar here for additional dining seating. From the living space you will have access to a number of balconies, which grant some beautiful mountain views, owing to Apartment Everest 401's elevated fourth floor location.
There are four double bedrooms to Apartment Everest 401, sleeping up to 8 guests overall. The bedrooms feature light woods and high ceilings that give them an airier quality, with snug, comfortable beds to retire to at the end of a long day of skiing in Courchevel. Two of the double rooms can also be set up as twin bedrooms. Every room enjoys access to a private balcony, treating you to stunning mountain panoramas to wake up to. In addition, all the rooms enjoy pristine en-suite facilities.
Guests of Apartment Everest 401 will have the use of two parking spaces in the building's garage. There is also a shared ski room in the building for you to store any snowsports equipment.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
Accommodation only rates without housekeeping or mid-week towel change are also available, please enquire.

Apartment Everest 401 is a luxury apartment in Courchevel Moriond, occupying a fourth floor location in a building close to the centre and the slopes.
A 10 minute walk will bring you from the apartment up to the snow front of Courchevel Moriond. In addition to nursery slopes and ski school meeting points, this is where you will find the main Ariondaz gondola, introducing you to the larger ski area of the Three Valleys.
The main bars and restaurants in Courchevel Moriond, as well as the small selection of shops, are found starting at 5 minute walking distance from the apartment. For the Aquamotion swimming and spa complex, you are just a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive away.
