The Property

With an interior living space of 270m² set over three floors, Chalet Elista sleeps up to 11 people and is ideal for laid-back ski holidays in beautiful surroundings. Hidden away from the main road on its own private driveway, Chalet Elista is a beautiful family-owned property situated just 300 metres from the slopes in Courchevel 1550. The chalet's sustainability and eco-friendly credentials derive from having been constructed from natural materials and the use of geothermialcentral heating.

On the ground floor, the bright and open-plan living space has a sitting area with sofas set around a beautiful stone fireplace, large wooden dining table and an open plan, modern kitchen. Doors open onto a sunny, south-facing terrace with outdoor dining furniture and views over the Dent du Villard.

A wellness area, with a Jacuzzi, steam room and loungers, can be found on the ground floor, the ideal place for adults to relax after a long day on the slopes. Kids meanwhile can burn off the enegry they didn't use up on the slopes in the games room with table football and a pool table to keep them entertained. Next to the games room is a small cinema room, the perfect place to watch a film before bed.

Divided over all three floors are five individually and cosily decorated bedrooms. Set under the vaulted, wood-beamed ceiling on the top floor are two double/twin bedrooms and one double bedroom each with private en-suite bathroom or shower room, balcony access and mountain views. On the ground floor, is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and terrace access. A triple room, with double/twin beds plus a single bed, is situated on the lower ground floor and has an en-suite shower room and terrace access.

Other facilities include a ski room with boot warmers, private laundry facilities and garage parking.

Prices based on exclusive use of the chalet to include daily breakfast, housekeeping and a private daily shuttle service to the slopes each morning.
