Chalet Samarra

The Property

Set over three floors and with a living space of 270m², Chalet Samarra can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The chalet enjoys a private setting close to the slopes and the Grangettes ski lift in Courchevel 1550. The chalet's sustainability and eco-friendly credentials derive from having been constructed from natural materials and the use of geothermal central heating.

Simply, but beautifully, decorated interiors are filled with natural light and, though contemporary, retain a traditional chalet ambiance. On the ground floor, the open-plan living space has a sitting area with corner fireplace, dining table and an open, modern kitchen. Floor to ceiling glass doors open onto a furnished, south-facing terrace with stunning views of the surrounding peaks.

Chalet Samarra has a small wellness area with a counter-current indoor swimming pool and full height sliding glass doors opening onto the sun terrace. A steam room, shower and massage/treatment area are on the lower ground floor.

Set under the vaulted, wood beamed ceiling on the top floor are three double/twin bedrooms with balcony access and private en-suite bathroom facilities. On the lower ground floor, there is a family suite comprising one double bedroom and a second bedroom with a single bed and an elevated bed accessed via a ladder. These two rooms share an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Prices based on exclusive use of the chalet to include daily breakfast, housekeeping and a private daily shuttle service to the slopes each morning.
