The Property
Chalet Carcentina is a lovely, modern chalet located in the heart of Courchevel Village and the World famous 3 Valleys ski area. The chalet can accommodate up to 14 people across 5 en-suite bedrooms and 266m² of space.
The main living area in the chalet is found on the top floor. This open space consists of separate zones all within an open plan room. In the centre of the room is the large real wood fireplace which brings a warming ambience to the space. It also feels light and airy, helped by the vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows and doors that lead out onto the balcony. From the balcony you can enjoy views of the peaks on the opposite side of the valley.
The main living space contains a large L-shaped sofa oriented around a TV. It is the perfect place to kick back after a long day on the slopes. Also found on this floor is the dining space with adjoining balcony and fully equipped kitchen.
Chalet Carcentina also includes a multi-function room. This room contains a bar area complete with a pool table and also a welcoming TV lounge. At the end of the day, this is a great space for the whole group to enjoy some quality time together. Alternatively, for family ski holidays, this is a great room for any children in the group to hang out together, watching movies and playing games.
There are five bedrooms within Chalet Carcentina, all with their own en-suites. They all boast contemporary styling, and large windows fill each room with light. For flexibility, in four of the five bedrooms, the beds can be set up in either a double or twin configuration. One of the bedrooms is a family room and consists of a double/twin bed along with two sets of built in bunk beds, sleeping up to 6 guests in total.
Other features within the chalet include a ski room with boot warmers, a garage and a laundry room.
Chalet Carcentina is located in the La Stelvio hamlet. Similarly, Chalet San Pietro can also be found here, offering a suitable option for multiple groups who want to stay close to each other, yet still maintain privacy.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet and include the services of a housekeeper for daily cleaning and the daily preparation of breakfast. Food and drink is payable in addition locally.
Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt into a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).
Location
Chalet Carcentina is in a fantastic location in the heart of Courchevel Village. The chalet is located just 150m from the bottom of the slopes, the nearest ski lift and the heart of the resort, meaning everything is close at hand. Access to Courchevel 1850 is quick and easy using the high speed lifts in the centre of the resort.

At this luxury property, a concierge service is available on an opt-in basis. Should you wish for some form of pre-arrival and in-resort assistance, there are three levels of services available to you:
The Snow Pass covers your ski essentials, including the organisation of ski passes delivered to your accommodation and ski equipment hire for the duration of your holiday.
The Booking Pass includes everything that the Snow Pass does, with further assistance in booking numerous activities. From restaurant reservations on the mountain and in resort, to all important ski lessons for members of your party, and the organisation of grocery and bakery deliveries, the Booking Pass will have you covered. The team will also help with transfers to and from resort, arranging childcare for families with children, and booking of other non-skiing activities.
The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, covers the first two passes alongside any additional chalet services. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transport options during your holiday can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.
Please note, additional cleaning services can be added without the need for any of the passes. The concierge passes allow for assistance with these services, but extra charges for these additional services will still apply. You can opt-in to or upgrade the concierge services at any time before or during your holiday, but for the optimum assistance, it is recommended you do so at the time of booking, so your in-resort team can best meet your requirements.
