The Property

Chalet Carcentina in Courchevel Village is a luxury five-bedroom chalet, offering groups of family and friends a wonderful option for their next ski holiday in the Three Valleys. Offering space for 10-14 guests, the chalet has an unbeatable central location close to the slopes, stylish modern alpine living spaces and bedrooms, and some lovely wellness facilities.

You will find the main living area on the top floor of the chalet, an open-plan space consisting of a quaint lounge area, dining space, and well-equipped kitchen. A fireplace sits in the centre of the room, bringing a warming ambience to the room, and separating the open-plan design into more distinct zones. The main lounge has a large L-shaped sofa, oriented towards a TV. Vaulted ceiling and wood-wrapped interiors provide an alpine theme, with luxury modern furnishings that add a sense of comfort and style. The dining table comfortably sits 10 guests, with additional seating found alongside the breakfast bar of the kitchen. You can escape to balconies at either end of the living spaces, a great spot to catch some fresh air and admire at the pretty views over the ski resort and surrounding mountains.

Located on the entrance floor to the chalet, the property boasts a wonderful wellness space, complete with both an indoor hot tub and Hammam. These spa facilities offer the perfect space to unwind after a busy day exploring the mountains.

Alongside this, Chalet Carcentina has a multi-function room containing a bar area, complete with a pool table and a welcoming TV lounge. This is a brilliant setting for the whole group to enjoy some quality time together. Alternatively, for family ski holidays, this is a great room for any children in the group to hang out together, watching movies and playing games.

Chalet Carcentina welcomes groups of between 10 and 14 guests, accommodated across the chalet's five bedrooms. The bedrooms feature a modern style, with sumptuous bedding, soft carpets, and accent wood features for a harmonious alpine quality. Four of the five double bedrooms offer the flexibility to be taken as twin rooms, and one of these bedrooms contains an additional four bunk beds, perfect for a family ski holiday to Courchevel. All five rooms are completed by en-suite bath or shower rooms.

Other features within the chalet include a ski room with boot warmers, a laundry room, and garage parking space.

Chalet Carcentina is located in the La Stelvio hamlet. Similarly, Chalet San Pietro can also be found here, offering a suitable option for multiple groups who want to stay close to each other, yet still maintain privacy.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet and include the services of a housekeeper for daily cleaning and the daily preparation of breakfast. Food and drink is payable in addition locally.
