The Property

Chalet Riva in La Plagne is a luxury 360m² chalet in the La Plagne Villages area of resort, offering near ski-in/ski-out access and a number of wellness and entertainment facilities. Sleeping up to 15 guests in seven bedrooms, with the option to extend to group sizes of 21, the chalet is a brilliant base for large groups of friends, families, and corporate ski retreats.

Chalet Riva exhibits a traditional alpine style, with wood-wrapped interiors and an open-plan design, along with sumptuous furnishings and contemporary fittings that showcase its luxurious features. The cosy main lounge and dining area sits across one half of the chalet beneath double-height, slanted ceilings that give the space an airy feel. Plush sofas congregate around a corner log burner fireplace, while an elegant dining table and stylish bar area with jukebox complete the living space. A sizeable, fully-equipped kitchen can be found just off the bar and dining area, where you can whip up delectable mountain meals for dinners together as a group. A charming mezzanine sits above the main living areas, hosting an authentic ski gondola cabin for another area to chill out and relax in.

Guests staying at Chalet Riva will be treated to a number of delightful wellness facilities to help facilitate a soothing and relaxing stay. Outside the chalet, a Nordic barrel hot tub entices you with its warming waters. Inside the chalet, you can also unwind in the sauna, or indulge in a rejuvenating treatment in the massage room, which also features an exercise bike.

In addition to the wellness facilities, there are a number of spaces across the chalet for entertainment purposes too. A cosy TV lounge with large sofa and TV, and comfortable bean bag seating, is a great way to while away the evening after a full day of skiing in La Plagne. In addition to the bar and jukebox, table football is another fun way to spend time after dinner. And for any corporate groups, the chalet has its own seminar/meeting room, with all the facilities you could need for business meetings.

Across six double bedrooms and a bunk room, Chalet Riva has the capacity to welcome groups of up to 15 guests. The bunk room sleeps 2 guests, while one of the double rooms has an additional single bed, and all of the bedrooms are completed by en-suite facilities. The bedrooms have an elegant, understated alpine style, utilising wood interiors, feature walls, and comfortable bedding. Many bedrooms can be taken as either double or twin rooms, allowing for greater flexibility amongst different group configurations.

For convenience, the chalet offers 4 parking spaces. It also has a ski room with boot warmers, and laundry facilities.

For larger groups, Chalet Riva can be taken alongside its 50m² extension, Little Riva, which can sleep an additional 6 guests.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 15 guests and is offered on a self catered basis only.
