This floor also benefits from a children's en-suite bedroom and a separate guest toilet. The first mezzanine accommodates the stunning living room with a central fireplace, overlooking the terrace. The first floor offers 2 double bedrooms both with en-suites, a master bedroom with ethanol fireplace, en-suite bathroom, separate toilet and balcony.

After skiing, the wellness area on the lower level provides the ultimate in relaxation with a hammam, an indoor jacuzzi, a swimming pool with a giant TV screen, as well as the wood-fired hot tub on the outdoor terrace. This floor also benefits from 3 double en-suite double bedrooms. Below this there is a children's playroom with TV, a stunning wine cellar, laundry and large garage with ski room.
