The Property
Le Ferme Des Pistes was formerly a farmhouse dating back to 1736 and has been lovingly restored, boasting fantastic views from it's elevated position in Megeve. This luxury ski in/ski out chalet in Megeve can accommodate anywhere between six to sixteen guests across 3 large double bedrooms and two separate bunk rooms.
The living space of La Ferme Des Pistes is a large and open plan area that is flooded with light from the large windows that span up into the eaves of the chalet. There is a central fireplace where you can relax and warm up after a fun day on the mountains, alongside a comfortable dining area, and an open plan kitchen that will be home to your private chef, cooking up the evening's delicacies. An entertaining space, with table football, enjoys prime position in the centre of this enormous living room. If the heat of the fire is not warming enough, slip into the outdoor Jacuzzi located just outside with incredible views over the Aiguilles de Warens and Le Jaillet mountains.
Each of the bedrooms within La Ferme Des Pistes are uniquely decorated with elements of wood, fur, leather, contemporary textiles and silverware. They are all spacious and stylish, and the master bedroom even has its own piano. This bedroom also has a luxury ensuite with a hydrojet massage bathtub. Of the two subsequent double bedrooms, one has an ensuite bath and shower room, whilst the other sits on the top floor of the chalet, with a luxury private bathroom on the floor just below. The two children's bunk rooms (one sleeping 4 and the other sleeping 6) each also have their own shower rooms and WC's, as well as plenty of storage space for all of their bits and pieces.
Further chalet features include a TV snug, a piste-side ski room with heated boot storage, a laundry room, and a pretty garden with alfresco dining if the weather is kind!
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet to include the services or a private chef and daily housekeeping. Food and drink are to be charged in addition.

Location
La Ferme des Pistes is located in the Princess area of Megeve, just a 5 minute drive from the centre of the resort where you find the many local bars, restaurants and shops. The Chalet is ski-in, ski-out on a green piste which can be accessed via a blue piste from further up the mountain. This makes the chalet ideal for those travelling with beginners or children. The Princesse gondola is just a 1 minute ski from the chalet and take you towards the Mont d'Arbois area of the resort from where you can easily ski the large ski area or drop down into the neighbouring resort of St Gervais.
