A renovated farmhouse in an exclusive and peaceful location, Fermes à la Leonthine in Megève is a modern luxury chalet of superlative quality. Spacious, elegant, a true spectacle of design, with expansive living spaces and an incredible spa area, this luxury retreat is ready to welcome large groups of up to 14 guests for a luxury ski holiday like no other.

The top floor of the chalet Fermes à la Leonthine is where you will find the vast living area, a cavernous room with a towering ceiling and refined wooden interior. Decorative pieces from around the world create a unique and cultured atmosphere, eyes will be drawn to the pristine feature fireplace that separates the sleek luxury furnishings of the lounge from the contemporary opulence of the dining space. Skylights and wide picture windows surround the room, giving the space plentiful natural light and beautiful panoramic views of the mountains of Praz sur Arly and Megève. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and mezzanine office space on this top floor, as well as a wide balcony from which to enjoy the fresh mountain air and gorgeous views. Fermes à la Leonthine sits on extensive private grounds, with a large back garden perfect for children playing.

The lowest level of Fermes à la Leonthine is home to the chalet's state-of-the-art spa facilities. Take a pleasant dip in the heated indoor swimming pool, separated by a wall of windows from a large chalet gym and relaxation area. For soothing tired ski legs, envelop yourself in the cocooning warmth of either the sauna or Hammam.

A cinema room with projector screen can be found on the ground floor of chalet Fermes à la Leonthine, ideal for spending an evening relaxing in front of the big screen or occupying children while the adults socialise in the main living areas.

The ground floor is also home to the six bedrooms of the chalet, which will sleep between 10 and 14 guests. The rooms all have en-suite facilities, with the master and the main guest bedroom sharing a balcony and having large bathrooms with walk-in showers. The other en-suites are all shower rooms. The bedrooms are stylish and sophisticated, decorated in a style of contemporary Alpine luxury. There are five double bedrooms and one bunk room, sleeping an additional four guests.

The lowest level of Fermes à la Leonthine features both a ski room with boot warmers and a laundry room. These are connected to a garage with space for up to 4 vehicles.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a fully staffed basis to include chef, butler, chalet manager, driver and housekeeper. Food and drinks are charged locally.
