The Property
La Ferme du Passieu enjoys breath-taking views of some of the most beautiful scenery in the region. Exquisitely restored, the farmhouse retains its original wooden structure, which gives it its unique charm and character. Chalet La Ferme du Passieu offers 6 bedrooms to welcome visitors, all of them boasting open mountain views. Located on the ground floor and the Mezzanine, the bedroom decor throughout is based on different woods and each room has an en-suite bathroom and comprehensive high-tech equipment.
Luxury facilities include a heliport, large indoor swimming pool, hammam, gym and cinema room. There is a large open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and open fireplace, perfect for socialising with friends or family. The chalet also has laundry facilities, a garage and ski room for storing equipment safely.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a fully staffed basis. No travel included. Food and drinks charged locally at cost.
Location
An exceptional chalet perched on the hillside. Megève (shopping and slopes) is 15 min drive from the house, you also can ski in l’Espace Diamant/Praz sur Arly, which is less than 10min from the house. Providing easy access to various ski tracks and neighbouring ski resorts either via its chauffeur-driven shuttle or by helicopter (the property has its own heliport).
