The Property

Lodge Élan is a duplex ski chalet-apartment, located within the central Kneiss residence building, comfortably accommodating for groups of up to 10 guests. Situated in the very heart of Megève, Lodge Élan oozes understated luxury and comfort throughout its 188m² living spaces, with further access to a selection of shared wellness facilities for your post-ski relaxation.

Lodge Élan's interiors create a welcoming atmosphere that are both classical and contemporary in style. A light wooden shell houses high ceilings and elegant furnishings, with a number of ornaments also adding to the homely vibe in the main living areas. Located on the first floor, sit back and relax on the sofas and armchairs centred around the fireplace, as post-ski conversations flow, with a mounted TV providing adequate levels of background ambience. Just behind this seating space, lies a dining table, which comfortably seats all guests for mealtimes together. Unique dining chairs and hanging lights offer a pleasant setting for dinners inside Lodge Élan, contributed to by views of a snowy Megève framed by the large windows. For mealtime preparations, a cosy kitchen corner can be closed off from the main living area, letting your nominated chef cook in privacy, in a delightful culinary enclave.

Head out onto Lodge Élan's large 32m² furnished terrace, after dinner, and enjoy all that this sociable outdoor space has to offer during sunnier Spring moments in the mountains. Furnished with outdoor seating, this spot lets all guests huddle around the inviting fire pit, perfect for continuing après-ski drinks in the fresh alpine air. And the BBQ is a great option for those nights not eating out in one of Megève's best bars and restaurants!

Lodge Élan accommodates for up to 10 guests, in 4 bedrooms split between the two floors of the apartment. Homely and stylish, each bedroom is generous in size, presenting a comfortable night's sleep. All bedrooms benefit from shared balcony access and en-suite facilities for convenience. For those requiring flexible group arrangements, two bedrooms can also be split into twin beds. Ideal for family ski holidays in Megève, one of these bedrooms also comes with a pull-out, trundle bed, suitable for 2 children.

An evening of relaxation awaits in Lodge Élan's shared wellness facilities. Shared with the other apartments found in the building, there is a wellness area, complete with a steam room and relaxation area with day beds, to aid recovery from a day's skiing in Megève. Should you require an additional workout, there are also fitness facilities available to use.

For any guests driving to their ski holiday, Lodge Élan also offers an underground parking space to leave your vehicle. Guests also have access to a shared ski room with boot warmers.

The Kneiss residence building offers a collection of luxury ski properties which can be booked alongside one another. Suitable for larger groups, Lodge Camille, Lodge Chakra, Lodge du Clocher, Lodge Élan, Lodge Mathieu and Lodge Zebra are all available to best suit your group's requirements. Please enquire.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the lodge apartment for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis to include cleaning every two days.
