Chalet Blissful in the Montriond area of Morzine combines traditional Alpine décor with modern luxury furnishings, fantastic views from large south-west facing balconies and a handful of soothing spa facilities. This four-bedroom, 8-person chalet is perfect for friends and family looking for a relaxing, self-catered stay in Morzine.
When staying at Chalet Blissful, you will discover the top floor is home to a wide open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Stylish black tiles and sumptuous furnishings mix with the more traditional chalet elements of exposed wood and high ceilings for a bright and luxurious room that is bathed in light from the expansive south-west facing windows. The lounge has a feature fireplace for warmth on the chilly winter evenings, while the dining table is large, with plenty of room for more than the chalet's 8 guests. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped, with a large central island offering a more casual dining experience and a lot of space for food preparation. There is a mezzanine area for further relaxation, in addition to a spacious balcony that provides views of gorgeous mountain vistas, and is partly covered to protect from the elements.
Outside, as well as the luxury of a garden and terrace space to explore, guests of Chalet Blissful will be left delighted by the spa and wellness facilities the chalet has to offer. A barrel sauna provides you with relaxing warmth, with a fish eye lens to view the winter wonderland of the outside world. There are also the soothing bubbles of the outdoor hot tub, on hand to help you unwind after a long day of skiing in the Portes du Soleil.
Chalet Blissful sleeps 8 guests in total, spread across four double bedrooms. More traditional wooden interiors help give the rooms a cosy mountain lodge feel, while plush beds help to give a feeling of luxury. Each bedroom is complete by an en-suite bath or shower room, with high-quality fittings in a charming combination of wood and stone. You can enjoy fantastic mountain views from every bedroom of the chalet.
For your convenience, Chalet Blissful has a ski room with boot warmers. There is lots of parking available too, with one covered space and five spaces available for off-street parking.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests on a self catered basis to include daily housekeeping.
Location
Chalet Blissful is situated in the Montriond area of Morzine in a peaceful location with great panoramic views of the mountains.
Montriond has a small but quaint selection of amenities, including a bar, a restaurant and a shop, which is only a 3 minute drive from the chalet. You are also only a 7 minute drive away from Morzine centre, which is bustling with busy bars, restaurants and shops, which really offers something for everyone.
For your ski day, the Super Morzine is 7 minutes away, or Pleney and Ardent ski lifts are around 10 minutes away. There is ample parking at the chalet, making this chalet well suited for a group who are happy to make their own arrangements. Alternatively, there is also a regular bus service connecting Montriond to Morzine village.
