The Property

Four Twenty L'Elé is a masterpiece in architecture and design, having been transformed from a traditional barn into a stunning, modern chalet. Floor-to-ceiling windows, industrial influenced features and designer fixtures and furnishings make this property a calm and beautiful place to enjoy your winter or summer holiday in Morzine.

This luxury chalet is suitable for both families and multi-generation groups. There are two designated living quarters, each with their own open living area, complete with kitchen and dining table.

You'll enter the chalet at the first floor, and will be welcomed into the open living area, where natural light sparkles in from the glass doors.

Feel free to cosy up in front of the feature wood burning stove and admire the views of the garden and Parc des Dérêches. The ground floor living area is also complete with a wood burning stove and private balcony.

Both kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need for your self-catered holiday, including a washer and dryer. The dining tables and kitchens are both open to their living areas, making it a very sociable environment.

From the main living area, an outdoor staircase leads you down to the garden where you can enjoy a soak in the hot tub looking out over the valley, providing exactly what you need after a full day skiing.

On the second floor you will find 3 of the bedrooms. The master suite overlooks the living area, and has a large king-sized bed. The en-suite has both a stunning free standing bath, and separate shower. In addition to this, the other two bedrooms are complete with en-suite showers and can be configured as a twin or king bed.

The further two bedrooms are on the ground floor and can be configured as a king or twin each with an en-suite. The extra large sofa in the living room doubles as a sofa bed if required.

Four Twenty L'Ele can be split into Chalet Bobb and Apartment Deux Chevaux for smaller groups When taken together as Chalet Four Twenty L'Ele they are connected via an internal staircase.

You will also find parking for 4 cars, and ski storage for that extra convenience.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self catered basis only.
