The Property

Ferme à Jules a charming farmhouse conversion in Morzine that can sleep up to 26 people over 10 rooms and 3 floors.

There is a large living area on the first floor of the chalet, full of character and alpine charm. Whilst the large wooden beams and floor to ceiling windows create a sense of space, the large U-shaped sofa and log fireplace provide the perfect setting for cosy evening in. Just behind the sofa there is a 4 seater table and chairs, perfectly placed for a game of cards in the evening. Sliding doors from the living area provide access onto a wraparound balcony with fantastic mountain views.

Accessed through a door in the living room is the dining side of the chalet, mirrored to the living side. Here there is a dining room table large enough to seat up to 22 guests at one time, or up to 26 guests across two meal sittings. Within this room there is another fireplace ensuring the chalet is toasty warm, and patio doors accessing the balcony. In addition, there are two kitchens, situated on either side of the floor, an excellent facility for hosting large groups.

Ferme a Jules has it's own private sauna and outdoor hot tub for guests to enjoy after a day on the slopes. Other features in the chalet include a games room with bar for evening entertainment, and for those looking for relaxation, a reading room situated on the top floor.

In total, the chalet has 10 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite facilities, as well as being able to be arranged as either a double or twin room, offering ultimate flexibility. Three of these bedrooms also have double bunk beds sleeping an extra 2 children in each. This takes the total capacity to 26.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 20 guests on a fully catered basis with an in resort chauffeur service between 8am - 10pm. An additional 6 guests can stay in the chalet for a supplement, please enquire.

On weeks where the chalet is sold on a shared chalet basis, prices are showing as per person and are based on 2 adults sharing one room.

With an active effort to be an eco-friendly operation, this chalet proposes a carbon neutrally transport contribution of €9 EUR per person. This goes to Foundation GoodPlanet to invest in offset projects. This will be added to your booking, but it is a voluntary contribution and so you are able to opt out if you prefer.
