The stunning Ferme du Lac Vert is a luxurious Savoyard Farmhouse first built in 1842 welcoming families and friends from across the world. The Farm is constructed over three floors in the traditional style of a Savoyard farmhouse but offers the benefits of a new build in terms of unrivalled facilities & luxury. The chalet will comfortably accommodate up to 24 to 32 guests in 12 triple, double or twin bedrooms. Ferme du Lac Vert is designed to provide a level of ambience, service & luxury unequalled in Morzine. This beautiful Farm will become the most desirable location for your winter or summer break.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a large open-plan living and dining room, comfortably. Large plush sofas invite guests to rest their legs after a long day on the slopes. A bar with an impeccable view sits beside the dinner table, enjoy an apéritif before enjoying your large family meal. French windows frame the valley for guests to observe as you unwind for the evening. A large balcony can be accessed from here, opening up the valley and offering guests a more intimate viewing experience of the Tarentaise valley. Vaulted ceilings hold plenty of windows, encouraging natural light to flood the space, illuminating the space as well as breathing life into the build. The living area flaunts comfort and luxury. Large sofas and bean bags offer ample sitting space for guests to lounge around after a long day on the slopes, while the adjacent fireplace keeps everyone warm and toasty. A separate TV room is available for guests looking to escape from the busy living area, catch up on some reading, put on a favourite show, or simply enjoy the quiet space. On the first floor, more sitting and lounging space is provided in the corridor, a large balcony can be accessed from this floor.
Ferme du Lac Vert offers guests modern spa amenities for guests to enjoy. On the first floor balcony, an outdoor hot tub and barrel sauna are available to help easy the aches from shredding the pistes during the day. A glass of wine, soaking under the stars in the hot tub relax both muscles and mind. The view from the barrel sauna is truly incredible.
In total, the chalet can sleep 24 to 32 guests across 12 bedrooms. The bedrooms are unique & individually styled in an eclectic mix of antique & contemporary. The rooms are spacious with en-suite bathrooms or luxury wet rooms and hair driers & complimentary luxury bathroom products will be provided. Many of the bedrooms also provide access to patio space, terrace space, or balconies.
For added convenience, garage parking is available for up to 2 cars. A ski room with boot warmers is available.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 24 people including full catering service and an in resort driver service. Additional guests can be accommodated for an extra fee. Discount for children on a shared basis, please enquire.
The chalet is available by the room on select weeks of the season. The price displayed for these weeks is per person and based on 2 people sharing a room.
La Ferme du Lac Vert is located on a small hamlet in Montriond village on the edge of Morzine. It has easy access to the Portes du Soleil lift system with the Super Morzine and Pleney gondola a short five minute drive away. Taking the Super Mozine lift connects you to Avoriaz and the greater Portes du Soleil ski area. Returning to Morzine at the end of the day, guests can make use of the free shuttle bus or the Pleney lift.
The property has spectacular views over Nantaux mountain, Morzine & the Dranse valley. Montriond centre is right outside the chalets doorstep, guests can explore the local bars in the surrounding area or choose to drive a short 5 minutes to get to Morzines centre where they will find luxury amenities including fine-dining restaurants, lively après-ski bars and boutique shops.
