The Property
Loup'ka is a spacious duplex in the centre of Morzine offering four good size bedrooms and sleeping up to 8 guests in total. Whilst being an apartment, thanks to the large terraces on three sides of the property, and sharing the building with only one other apartment, this property has a semi-detached feel. Its an ideal base for a small group who want convenience at their fingertips.
Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed through a large entrance hall into the open-plan living space. Finished out in a modern style and with large windows to three sides, this is a warm and inviting space. To one side of the living area is a cosy lounge space looking onto the wood burner and terrace, a suitable place to relax with a drink after a long ski. There is a separate TV sofa area where guests can relax in front of a film.
In the middle of the room is a good size dining table where you can all come together for a nice bit of dinner. For any cooking enthusiasts you will be delighted with the large kitchen space which is fully equipped and with modern appliances.
Leading outside, the wrap-around terrace is a great space to enjoy in the spring months. South-facing, you can make the most of late sunshine. Here, you will also find the outdoor hot tub which is in a secluded spot nestled in the trees and can sit 6-7 guests.
Within the chalet, there is a small office corner and piano for any talented friends amongst your group.
Each of the four bedrooms are found on the upper level of the property and are generous, in size. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, an en-suite shower room, generous storage and patio doors leading to a south facing balcony. The other en-suite room is bedroom 3 which has a twin or king-sized bed and storage. Bedrooms 2 and 4 share a family bathroom, both with double beds and one the option to be made up as a twin room.
Loup'ka has a separate shower room and WC downstairs, laundry facilities and two private underground parking spaces and its own ski room. The door from the garage leads to a hallway where there is generous hanging space and benches, along with a bag storage area.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis.
Location
Loup'ka is a spacious duplex apartment situated in the centre of Morzine within easy walking distance of the lifts, shops and bars, a mere 5 minutes away.
The apartment is a 10 minutes walk from the Pleney Gondola, giving you access to the Morzine and Les Gets side of the valley, ideal for beginners and intermediates as there are loads of fun tree lined blue and red runs to enjoy. There is a bus stop 5 mins walk away to the Prodains Gondola which gives you access directly to the vast ski area of Avoriaz from here you can ski over to Switzerland for lunch.
At the end of the day you can ski down to 100m away, by taking the blue piste from the Pleney ski area.
