Good food is a vital ingredient of any holiday, and they take the greatest pride and care in the quality of their cuisine. They use only the freshest ingredients, locally sourced, and each day their talented chef prepares a tailored, tempting menu. Everything is homemade, and after a day in the great outdoors, you’ll have worked up an appetite to do it justice! For vegetarians and young diners, they are pleased to offer a menu designed to suit your requirements. If you have any special dietary requirements – or if there’s anything you just don’t like –, let the team know and they’ll do their very best to accommodate you.
On your first evening, a complimentary glass of Champagne and delicious canapés by the roaring log fire will set the culinary tone for the week ahead. Each evening, you’ll be treated to canapés followed by a fabulous three-course meal, complimented by free-flowing, excellent house wine. A hearty daily breakfast is also provided and afternoon tea for when you return exhausted from the mountains. There is one staff night off a week, leaving you to explore Samoëns’ excellent restaurants.
For self-catered guests, there is the option to book a first-class home meal delivery service.

In the winter they can pick you up from the airport, have skis and passes waiting for you, show you the best places to go, run you to and from the slopes and cook for you. All you have to do is concentrate on skiing and then relaxing! In the summer they can welcome you to the chalet and disappear, or provide a catered service. You choose! All they want is to give you the holiday you need so that you can go home refreshed and re-energised.
