The Property
Chalet Riondaz in Saint Martin de Belleville is a luxury chalet offering an intimate mountain experience in the very heart of resort. Accommodating up to 12 guests, the six-bedroom property follows an authentic Savoyard style, ideal for groups of friends and family looking for a base for a luxury ski holiday in the Three Valleys.
The main living area of Chalet Riondaz sits on the first floor, exuding a cosy ambience and rustic feel thanks to wooden cladding throughout. Exposed wooden beams also add to the sense of character across the open-plan layout, paired with soft lighting to create an inviting environment to return to after a day on the slopes. A wood-burning fireplace sits central to the floor, providing warmth to the space and adjacent sofa lounge. Additional bench seating sits to the side of the room to further establish a social atmosphere. A dining table and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and stools, maintain the aesthetic on this floor. After meals have been finished, an outdoor balcony, reached from the sliding glass doors of the lounge area, poses the perfect spot for a digestif in your mountain surroundings.
In addition to the TV lounge on the main living floor, Chalet Riondaz also has a secondary TV nook adjacent to the ski room, ideal for entertaining the little ones whilst the group prepares for ski days or for a moment's privacy catching up on missed series.
Chalet Riondaz accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms. All bedrooms follow the same cosy alpine design found across the rest of the chalet, creating a delightful home-away-from-home feel in the mountains. In total, five doubles and one twin room feature, many with accompanying en-suite facilities for convenience. Three of these also take advantage of access to a balcony or terrace.
The chalet offers laundry facilities and a parking space for guests self-driving.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with mid-stay cleaning.

Location
Chalet Riondaz is located in the very heart of Saint Martin de Belleville, in walking distance from the main snow front and village square.
The chalet sits just a 3-minute walk from the main village square, where you can the Village button lift that takes you up to the Saint Martin 1 gondola, ski school meeting points, beginner's area and main snow front. With the Saint-Martin gondola, skiers are able to venture to the wider Three Valleys ski area.
The chalet is in an exceptional position in the very centre of the village. It sits less than 100m from the village square, where the tourist office, the nearest bars, restaurants, supermarket can be found, as well as the Eglise de Saint Martin de Belleville. Several more shops, restaurants, and bars can be found slope side leading up to the snow front.
